it's nice to see that the team is run like a family. However it is important to note that the NN athletes are the cream of the crop in their respective distances and the organization supporting them is a big one. Hope that the top athletes like the likes of Eluid, Bekele, Faith etc can become coaches after retirement and pay it forward in their respective towns to scout and support aspiring athletes, this way there will be continuity and ensure that even the poorest have a fighting chance to become a champion.

I wish Kenenisa was with Adidas.
NN robbed his world records by helping cheptegei with wavelights on the track guiding him

Many parts of this video are Quote-Worthy.
I think the philosophies in this approach to coaching long-distance runners should be examined by American Coaches especially.
I am curious to know if these amazing coaches have Psychologists working with them.

Thousand of miles away in the U.S. The Great State of Texas 👢 !
I've only started seriously running later in my life for the past few years. So it would seem I have very little in common with these Elite Level Distance Runners but I must say this was a revealing but inspiring video about the making of those professional athlete runners AND a sport I've come to love and enjoy. Great Video, Well wishes and
    God Speed to them all.

The concept of each individual within a group is very interesting.

This is something many coaches do NOT get. Alot of them want athletes to sacrifice too much of their individuality for the group.
That is no longer a team, that is a cult.

IF Haile Gebrselassie and Kenenisa had the wavelights pacing system back then, they would have put the world records out of sight. The records they set would have been way beyond the cosmic horizon
