    That was perfect as you can get. I love how you take your accessories work and your form dead on. Not over reaching or under. What Sade say "He A Smooth Operator". Thanks Marcus

    Are you also boosting calories? It helps greatly Marcus.

      I am not boosting calories, but I am boosting protein like it's going out of style! I'm actually on a quest to lose weight. Since prepping for my 1st meet last March, I put on weight and have held on to it, which I'm not happy about. Working on reducing 15 ish pounds in next 90 days, while retaining muscle mass.

    Great work man! Any long term thoughts on the Rep Belt squat, your old video on it was great.

      Thanks Edward! Nothing new to report about the Belt squat and I still feel the same about it (unfortunately). 😀 When I have some time, I may experiment with drilling a hole in my Rep utility bench to use on the front feet as a platform for the belt squat below. I think it would make the belt squat more useful (easier to use), especially in conjunction with my LLR weight stack. If I do it, I'll be sure to share my experience with it.

      @@twistedbarbell3950 Hey! thanks for your reply! Yeah... my wife works out a little as well, and anything that takes time to set up and she just complains. So i am thinking the belt squat is a no-go for me thanks to your review.

    Looking strong, Marcus! Question: Are you still using Evolve AI as your training program?

      Thanks Tim and absolutely. It has gone well for me so I’m going to ride it until it doesn’t.😄

    Which do you use bench mark set or no bench mark set?

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I haven't used benchmark sets at all since my last meet but I was thinking of going back to them after deload this week.
