      - 2 xbox series x controllers
      I'm not using them all at once. All duplicates are still in their boxes.
      I've only had 1 issue with 1 power a controller and it was the rb button after 21 days of playing modern warfare (around 500 hours on a stressful controller game).
      In that same amount of time on my elite controller (wich costs 4 times the power a) my grip was gone, i had joystick drift and rb button was litteraly gone.
      I'd rather pay for one 40€ controller every 6 months than one that costs 150€ every year. I had 2 elites by the way. I had to make sure that was crap lol

    Amazon shipped my Recon early and I got it earlier today. Played about 3hrs with it and am really impressed so far. Feels great on hand and overall just nicely made. Especially considering it's price point. Only thing I feel is a gimmick is the cooling grips. I personally don't feel them cooling at all but my hands never slipped during play.

    I’ve had this controller for a few months now and I’ve run into some problems. First, the cable that comes with the controller has gotten really bad and I’m at the point where the controller is disconnecting twice every 15 minutes. Also second, I’ve had this problem that I know isn’t a problem with my headset as I used my headset on the standard Xbox controller and it worked great, but my headset keeps on randomly exploding with static and I’ve nearly shit myself 3 times as it is so loud and so sudden. Also thirdly, my friends keep on saying that they can hear a low hum from my mic and yet again I know this isn’t a problem with my headset as I tried it on the standard Xbox controller and I didn’t have this problem.
    So my thoughts on this controller is that it’s great out of the box and works great for a few weeks, but then a multitude of problems start kicking in with your audio. Then again this is turtle beach’s first attempt at the controller market so you can’t be TOO mad at them. Like this comment so others can see because people need to know what they are potentially buying

    • @shathan123
      @shathan123 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do you disconnect and reconnect the controller wire where it plugs into the controller often? Or do you keep it plugged in at all times? Does it ever tug at the wire where it’s connected?
      Just hoping that this could have lead to the issue (even though it should be built to withstand some of that anyway) because the thought of it happening out of the blue when you just leave it plugged in all the time like I do is unsettling seeing as how I have one on the way right now. PowerA controllers are great plugged in (no issues at all with the connection) but have had bad luck with stick drift on them days/weeks after purchase.

    It would cost almost double if it were wireless (MS licensing fees), which is fine, but then you're competing with scuff on price and performance. There's a huge under served market at the sub $100 price point and TB has found the sweet spot. Comparing this to my Razor Wolverine TE, which I'm on my second one in a year (first one replaced under warranty after only 3 months) and the right click stick is starting to go. I'll probably try the TB seeing that it's half the price, if it makes it 6 months it'll be worth it. I look forward to their quad back button version, it'll be a wolverine TE killer.

      Been so disappointed with the quality of the elite two. Had the elite one very few issues. No2 nightmare left stick drift. Three times now. Out of warranty. So replaced the left thumb stick twice now. And they last roughly 6months. So when it went again yesterday I took it outside and smashed it to pieces with the hammer. Felt so satisfying. Got the series X controller out of the box (never used it) and realised can’t cope without the back buttons (which I only ever use two). So hunted a new pad down and went for this. So many positive reviews no matter what sites you go on and for £50 uk. I’ll cope with it being wired. No way I’m getting shafted out of £170 for an elite2 again. Hopefully this will see me to the elite3.

  • @ThePeacefulvibes
    @ThePeacefulvibes 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Just leaving my review here for anyone who wants a detailed experience. (Ive o my had it for a month, so keep that in mind)
    I’ve used so many controllers.. spent $200 on the elite 2. Ive had THREE power fusion A controllers.
    The elite 2 lasted a year. Ended up having MAJOR issues with the left stick not responding when moving forward. And then horrible issues with the right stick and stick drift. I beat myself up for not buying a warranty and felt so bad spending that much money for a controller to last only a year. From that moment, I searched for a cheaper option which led me to the power fusion A controller.
    The power fusion A was a great controller.. but the BIGGEST issue was the LOOSE puddles on the back. Make one false move and bend it the wrong way.. BOOM. The thing that holds the paddle in place would BREAK. This happened with EVERY single one I had. And I owned 3 of them. I learned from my mistake and got the warranty and just kept replacing it. The last time it happened I went to Best Buy and they didn’t have same controller in stock.. long behold I tried the turtle beach controller instead.
    I’ve owned the turtle beach recon for 1 solid month, using the controller every day. I haven’t had ANY issues with stick drift just yet. I love how LIGHT the controller is. Some people like weight when they play.. but I like how it doesn’t have much weight to it. Makes it easier to hold for long periods of time. I LOVE THE AUDIO FEATURES. The “superhuman” sound boosts all the high frequencies making it easier to hear footsteps, sound cues etc. (warzone) switching over from 4 paddles to 2 paddles was different, but it only took a few days to adjust how I held the controller so it wasn’t a big deal. I love the pro aim feature as well. Being able to adjust the tightness of the right stick was great for precise aim and control. Power fusion A didn’t have that option so it was great. There are no trigger stops.. but since the controller has been so good.. that doesn’t bother me much. The way you can fix the EQ to taste is a great touch. And the way the right stick re centers.. phenomenal. Paying $60 isn’t bad at all, and I have the warranty JUST in case I want to replace it. I know it’s only been a month.. but I’ve been blown away by the performance of this controller. 🙏🏽

    I bought this controller cheap for a month ago. Here is my short review.
    Nice and similar to a original Xbox controller as mentioned in the video. A little bit bigger. Feels nice in the hand.
    I use the RB and LB buttons to shoot and aim in Call of Duty, which are hard to place my finger on with this controller. It has happened often that I misplace them in a fight. The reason for my misplacing is that the LB and RB are placed ''in line'' with the LT and RT. For me, this is a big con. I believe the controller was made to use LT and RT in shooter games Other than that, I believe it is a ok controller for the price.
