Sounds like the Practical Problems SFM is now a reality.

The payload has a set hp, and theres no time limit.
RED needs to deal enough damage to the payload cart to destroy it.
BLU needs to push it to the end.
Each checkpoint reached repairs it by 25%

I love how everybody complains about engies camping in the Intel room but as soon as the place is destructible all you want to do is that but slightly differently
They complain because it's the most effective strat on 2fort but then use it BECAUSE it IS the most effective strat in 2fort
If you don't have an engi in your intel room, you lose

What do I have to do to have all the main levels given this treatment? It's just pure gold. The way the map is constantly evolving and opening up for new flanks, chokepoints, escape routes, and tricks, it's amazing.
TF2 on the 360 was so broken you could teleport into a lot of these rooms. This brought a lot of nostalgia about those great times.

For the record, to disable random crits you would do:
rcon_password [insert password set in server.cfg]
rcon tf_weapon_criticals 0
Also you can execute any command on the server remotely by doing "rcon [command]"
