What might be interesting is a * -1, which would invert all of the stats. Again nothing crazy here, but it would be more interesting than the other suggestions. You'd get a lot of just plain stupid weapons; like how the direct hit would become a weak and incredibly slow moving rocket but one that has a very large blast radius. Some would get interesting though. The brass beast would become weaker than stock, but spin up stupidly fast and let you move really fast with it spun up, probably faster than heavy can walk normally.
