The Allach plate is nice but the original box with the cardboard protectors is extremely valuable. More valuable than the plate itself imo. How you guys were handling the fragile cardboard made me sweat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another great session Tom. Sorry about the junk. You know the soda bottle episode might have been funny but the day I fall out of my chair laughing is when you light and smoke your beard. Lol
I'm no expert but my vote is all reproductions for the box with the ID, eagle pin and camera. The ID is way too perfect with details and the pin looks very cheaply made. I have never seen any stamped pins they are all cast and soldered or brazed that one was cheap sheet metal. The camera was period correct but I doubt if that name is real that he owned that camera. Too over the top. And the leather case the eagle almost looked engraved not pressed like genuine leather goods. Not too mention there was no waffen stamps on the leather.
Tom; Anytime you want to show us that beautiful doggy is ok with me! Let him walk on the table, he’s a puppy, he’s suppose to get into things! I think you don’t want him to take a lap out of your Imperial glass! Cute Doggy!
In 1758 Frederick the Great once more took the initiative by invading Moravia. By May, he had laid siege to Olomouc; but, the Austrians were able to hold the town and destroyed Frederick's supply train, forcing him to retreat into Silesia. In the meantime, the Russian army had advanced within 100 miles (160 km) east of Berlin. In August, he fought the Russian forces to a draw at the Battle of Zorndorf, in which nearly a third of Frederick's soldiers were casualties. He then headed south to face the Austrian army in Saxony. There, he was defeated at the Battle of Hochkirch on 14 October, although the Austrian forces were not able to exploit their victory. 32:11 That is Joachim Peiper on the picture :D these fake documents are made in Poland.
Here in Scandinavia, we still call Christmas 'jul'-it's the old nordic word for the winter solstice.
When Tom was trying to get that bottle out he was wishing for peanuts packing.
The camera, I'd book and eagle are totally fake 😂

Tom you need to do an episode dressed as Santa Claus.
I'm a collector of cameras from Germany and Voigtlander, it is a fake.
Am loving this series
Just a guess here but on that cutlass I think the man may have been left handed and ordered or changed it himself to accommodate him.
Apart from patina, would it matter to re guild something? In time, the patina would return
Could it have been a lefty for the Forrest Cutlass?

❤what a team and Jack should be a regular. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Amen about Jack! Love to see him growing up!
Hello Team Wittmann! Glad to see young Jack on guard duty in this video. I really enjoy the edged hunting related items.
Another video I enjoyed!! thanx!!!
Tom, would be good if you could do a video if the medals turn out to be fake, explaining what is wrong with them.
Could the Cutlas-special be for a left handed Junior or Lady?

The SS marking in the center front of the camera look to good to be real.
Only the photo of the middle aged soldier was genuine in my opinion. That ID book was terrible and has been doing the rounds on Ebay for years.
