His previous series 55 was uploaded in three lots of two episodes each. Since this is the complete series in one go, it looks like he found a better quality copy or has used more up to date methods to tweak what he had.
Perfectly simple, if you follow Stovold's rules. Basically, you travel around the London Underground, to get to Mornington Crescent, once defunct, but with some provisos. These include staying out of Nip, the use of diagonals between Mainline stations such as Kings Cross, the reverse backslide, and the ban on spiral play after something or other. I hope the helps.
