The "actual" time spot commences at 13:24 . Personally, I think it was a joke said at the wrong time and the wrong forum. President Buhari should know better. However, his personal swipe at his wife was far less important than the many points made on Nigeria's past and recent socio-economic and political position. Those points should be the ones around which discussions should be made going forward. Sadly, like the Trump-Hillary contest for presidency that's incresaingly seeping of intellectual flow, this too has veered off tangent to base remarks in the face of critical issues.
