hi, nice idea
but I see that the steering angle of the front wheels are approximately twice than the rear wheels
I mean, I think the four wheels should act in with the same angle.

How will the car know when to shift (front and rear tyres parallel) and when to turn (front and rear tyres anti-parallel)? Speed can't be the only parameter, because when overtaking a car on a highway I want to shift, however when confronted with a big curve on high speeds, shifting isn't an option anymore.
