@@moejoe_plays It’s hard to estimate the exact amount of leaves I used. I bought 4 bags of leaves. They weighed about 7lbs total. They’re sold with the branches attached. So that’s part of the weight When I cut them, I remove the branches, thus reducing the weight. But to answer your question, 24 oz can work but I would suggest using more than that if you want leftovers. Perhaps try using 32 oz or more. You need to keep in mind that potato leaves shrink a lot during the cooking process. So if you use a small amount of leaves, you’ll end up with a smaller quantity of stew.
