    Thank you for this! Roughly how much peanut butter do you use?

      You’re welcome. The amount of peanut butter depends on the quantity of stew you’re making and your desired consistency. I like mine on the thick side.
      If I’m not cooking much, I use 1 cup otherwise I use 2 cups of peanut butter. In this particular video I used 2 cups because I freeze some for later.
