I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge... You said patient had Cross-linking and now he is expecting perfect vision, but patient is not even aware about the disease till the time he has it and then he start doing research about it... it is the job of doctor to Fix the cone n guide the patient n then do Cross-linking... otherwise the patient will remain disable forever without contacs

wow, when i was 16 they just gave me cross linking and called it a day. I am 25 now and cant see anything without sclerals. I think i am an appointment overdue..

I want to know if I've had 2 cornea transplant to the left eye and both failed about 20 yrs ago is there any hope for me? I also have hydrops also. Then 2 years ago I got a severe case of keratoconus in the right eye with hydrops some of the hydrops disappeared but there is a film line over my pupil. So now I'm totally blind in the left and everything is blurry in the right. Is there any hope for me? I was also told that the scarring was bad and they just wanted to do a cornea transplant on the right eye. I just need help and i want to be able to see my kids again and my grandkids.

Hi Doctor, how do I get hold of you or do you have this in South Africa.. my doctor told me a few days ago she doesn't really want to put me on a list for the transplant because both my corneal is bad.. I can't really see.. I am writing this with one eyes and that eye is blar.. is there anyway you could help me please.. I really would like to see again and see my 3 kids and husband clearly.. please I'm am so down and have no hope anymore.. I am hoping you could help me see again..
My doctor only want Mr to wear one contact lenses and it makes me see clear but not as much as I would like to see. The bad eye doesn't make it easy to see with the one with the contact lenses in.. both my cornea has white pots on it from all the rubbing because I suffer from hay fever(sinus)
