As an Ex-Catholic, I have a few questions:
    1) Why do Catholics pray to ''infant Jesus'' or the statue of Mary with baby Jesus in her hand when the Bible clearly portrays Jesus as someone who has ascended into heaven as a grown up man and seated at the right hand of God the Father? Is Jesus still an infant baby?
    2) Why do Catholics pray to saints like Peter, Paul, John, etc. and not Moses, Elijah, Jeremiah, etc. as well? Were they also not men of God whom God used mightily?
    3) Why does the catholic church preach about Purgatory as a place of punishment with little fire for the purging of the sins of children of God when the Bible doesn't talk about it? Do they mean to say indirectly that the price that Jesus paid on the cross by shedding His blood is not enough to be saved that God has to send people to Purgatory with little fires for 200 to 300 years?

By the immense love gushing out of The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, may your heart be moved and return to the true church "Catholic Church" established by our Lord Jesus Christ himself.
"And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." MATTHEW 16:18
For your questions, these are the answers. If you are still confused may the Holy Spirit guide you to approach your nearby Catholic parish and have these doubts discussed with the parish priest.
      1. Devotion to Infant Jesus is a veneration to our Lord's infancy. The whole life of our Lord is sacred, that is the reason we celebrate every events of His life right from Annunciation to Resurrection.
      2. Catholics have several prayers to Prophets, but most of them are not famous. An example is the Prayer to Elijah by the Carmelites.
Moses, Abraham, etc are also included in the Holy Eucharist Liturgy (Mass) of many rites* of the Catholic church.
      3. After the second Council of Lyon in 1274, Catholic Church defined Purgatory as a place where souls are purified after death, such souls are benefited by the prayers and pious works the living do for them. Catholic church believes nor only in The Holy Bible (having 73 books) and Sacred tradition. Since only the Sacred tradition existed from the time of inception of Christianity and the Bible was compiled at only around 200 AD, Catholic Church holds both the Bible and Sacred tradition with utmost regard. In fact it is from the Sacred tradition the Bible and other sacraments were compiled.
"I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them."
      ROMANS 16:17
*rites- there are 23 Catholic rites other than the most common Latin (Roman) rite in the Catholic church.
