3 ingredient, quick treat for the whole family, no sugar, no bake! without flour! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Roast 200 g almonds (170 g mass + 30 g decoration) in a pan.
Grind with a blender.
Sift 30g of almonds through a sieve to decorate.
290 g pitted dates.
Rinse the dates with cold water and let stand for 15 minutes.
remove seeds.
Grind with a blender.
Mix.
Grease your hands with oil.
shape sweets.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Melt 200 g sugar-free dark chocolate in a water bath.
Dip candies in chocolate.
Chill for 5 minutes.
Decorate candies with chocolate lines.
Refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
Decorate with almond crumbles.
Enjoy your meal!
