Wow, That pool view in house #2! But hard to beat being so close to activities at the beach in house #1. On the bright side, you could choose any of these places and be super happy! 😀
Starship troopers predicted this in the book series. Im from Hollywood's honor society somehow and my idea is to start. Giving to our neighbors of the south and not making it Hawaii type but more giving back to the land and people to grow equal and not hug rise hotels
thanks for sharing these misfit homes in Mexico... I have lived in Mexico and these homes seem very overpriced, for clutter, and darkness investment. Where are the closets, linen storages, decent size refrigerators, kitchen cabinets, washer and dryer rooms,, and most important homes designed with natural sunlight?
really the artsy-looking stuff in the first and third ones, and quite the contrast to your old place in Santa Monica -- also, you can't beat the views from the 2nd one. So #2 would be my favorite! I guess, those low rails won't be a problem (until a point in time when you have kids though, take my word for it; but you'd probably wanna tell them to not go for a swim alone in that pool anyway) ;)) Great you're doing this while on the spot! And I see you "learned" to not use those ugly masks unless absolutely required by somebody (sorry about my rant in the last one). Great work, guys!

Most of those homes have been up for a long time. House 2, I looked at and even put a offer in 2 years ago at 580k.
