Depends on the landlord’s requirements. You’ll most likely need a guarantor(someone who works in the Uk and earns enough to pay your rent if you default). Once you get to Sunderland, Go to Hackett properties (check google for their address) they are in Sunderland. They should be able to get you sth fast
