every truck has fucking problems, chevy's has problems ford has problems, dodge has problems, end of story have a nice day lol
finally common sense
Serious power and torque right there, impressive power!
6:39 look in his front wheel well, you can see the exhaust manifold glowing red hot
dang
Great footage! Who remembers the Bud Boss? It was a pulling truck in the 80's. I have it on an old VHS tape somewhere. Anyway, the Bud Boss was up next in the stadium it was pulling at, and it went past the dirt track and into the area where vehicles can drive out of the inside part of the stadium, where the seats were! The announcers were shocked that it went that far! The truck had 6 big powerful motors on the front.
If it. Is. A. Ford. It. Is. Junck
Don't praise the Dodge. Cummins is its own deal. Dodge was just fortunate enough to get to use a Cummins engine. I 6 Cummins built with PRIDE in Rocky Mount North Carolina.
Red Poole sorry bud but they both saved each other. Cummins was about to go bankrupt in the 80s. Dodge had less than 5% of the truck market. They came together. Made 1 hell of a comeback for both companies
the Cummins is still based on a RAM platform. So chassis suspension and such have too hold the power. Clearly FORD can not even handle a powertstroke, let alone the CUMMINS!
@@johnwall713 it was actually designed for Case tractors, the original 12 valve, and it's a known fact that the Ford Superduty has the best chassis, try again.
Chevy and dodge all day!
About how much are they pulling?
I love seeing all the comments on who makes a better truck. I am a truck drive and go all over the USA. Now this is just based on what I see but people that pull heavy loads with a pickup (car hauler, big flatbed etc) drive a Ram. The Fords usually pull landscaping trailers, construction enclosed trailer and or dump trucks. The GM guys are the guys who own the company's. You never really see GM pulling the loads like you do Ram and Ford.
As a GM guy i have to laugh at most of the comments. All vehicles have their problems, and good/bad days. I respect all makes and models, not one is truly better than the other. What makes a truck last depends on the owner and what he does with it. If he abuses it then it will most likely break. Why can't we all just get along?
Right !!! & I'm a #BlueOval
Yep haha
whats wrong with imports :( they make great cars too from nissan gtr and even the ford ranger is now more Imported than us wish they had it here
Mike Müller wheres the fun in that?
Respect for that message brother.
An older ford would not have done that. I am 15. And a ford fan
You better ask Santa Claus for a bag of wrenches then young man
That dude with the ford was just showin off droppin the air out of the front shocks
My VW clean diesel jetta would have did that while saving the earth with the Dpf installed.
German engineering.
***** same
LOL, where's your clean exhaust now?!!!!
@paintjob12 🤣🤣🤣🤣
was that mud boggen or pullen? Thanks for the vid's
Caramba, cuanta contaminación!!! En la actualidad sigue esta competencia o todavia sigue contaminando?
Si
2019
I clicked it because of the ford thumbnail.
Wasn't disappointed.
Legacy1776 😂😂 my Sentra can pull that
Fearless Ford......... What the heck!!!!! The little Rams survived but not the big Ford!!!!!
You came here for 3:01
Braden Smith no shit Sherlock
Thank you bro
Braden Smith i love you 😘
Ford sucks, Dodge Rules. 😂😂
You da real mvp.
2018؟
3:03 Start of the run with the Ford carnage we all came to see!
"Built Ford Tough" they said..... It'll be fun they said.....
Como se califica eso ?
Damn I wish to see this
I m not trying to be dum but it looked like the axle was messed up already
6:20 first place
Does the Cummins sound 100x better than the Powerstroke or is it just me?
360Magnum yeah
I don't know. The only Powerchoke that showed up at this party had its front suspension shit the bed while attempting to do what the Duramaxes and Cummins diesel do. I barely got to hear it bark. I just hope she doesn't get her dress dirty getting out to flag the tow truck down now!
Hell yea they do
360Magnum its just you
As the truck pulls it moves forward to add weight and slowly stop the truck. When it reaches the front the wheels on the sled start to brake and last if gone far enough will lock
America Protects Nature. Good Job!
these guys beat the CRAP out of their trucks...love how the Ford is always the one to blow lol
ooo it broke a ball joint chill out
Solo contaminando el planeta😭
Kkkskssks
what transmission do they use? or is it just a big huge clutch??
I say it's a build tranny. The amount of stress they endure is quite a lot and you would need to leave it around 2 or 3rd gear which would be revving around 5-6 thousand so that's what I think. Not sure just assuming from what I know.
i can imagine when some tuners come in here and say "my 1.6 civic could pull far as he would like"
+m3ntl3g3n thats a ricer my good sir
if i was rich i would try but most likely the transmission would blow first
m3ntl3g3n my cibic would crush all y'all's 😅.........in the 1/4 mi.
Lmao it would rip the chassis out
I bought a Cummins. Best Diesel on the Market. I can't help in came in a Dodge Wrapper. LOL. Cummins is a small version of Tractor Trailer engines. Inline 6 cylinder is where all the Torque comes From.
Red Poole While yes stock its a great motor. But all the other engines are too. And then its really the question, how deep are your pockets? Because you can do anything you want to these engines power, reliability, or both, if you have enough $$$$$$
Why don’t we chuck a modded raptor in the mix?
Ford till the day i die, but dodge has the cummins and chevy has the best sounding diesels out. Damn chevys sound so freaking mean
6:02💪😎
the purpose of this test gives signifigance to how & what trucks have longevity. In spite of that a trucks endurance should not be leveled using such a type of comparison however by powertrain endurance stock traction control & slippage along with braking distance loaded & unloaded.
These trucks are modified however normally these type of weight pulls are attached or towed using a trailor or wheel drawn trailor
Fearless Ford (front wheel breakes)....LOL
Diesel or gas??
007 007 diesel only gas is gay
Ford is better in selling/propaganda...Dodge & Chevy better in everything except for selling
Blackhawk ghuman ya dodge kills it in trans and dashes....... And chevy kills it in injectors and tie rods.......
But if you want to resell fast a Chevy and a ford sells quicker. I just want people to understand that every truck has better things than others and they will never be perfect. I'm a chevy guy but I hate how the gauges always fuck up.
A cummins motor + Allison transmission + 1995 Ford F-350 = the best truck
Well at least in my opinion
Martin Valle mine would be Chevy body with a Ford suspension and a chevy engine and I'm good
+Martin Valle ford body and suspension with an Allison and Cummins engine and the stiffness of a Chevy truck = best American made truck!
Como se llaman las máquinas que arrastran y que función cumplen?
3:16 cuuuchao
lol i get it
Alexandra
XD
Darn. That is pretty strong truck.
R.I.P. Eric George driver of the Fearless Ford at 3:01
He died? Rip
I want the Navistar T444E the 7.3L Powerstroke V8 to win
At least Ford circled the problem when they made their emblem 😂😂😂😂
I am cornholio ahhhh shut up bevis.huhuh ahh huhuh
Any particular reason so many of these dualies are running standard beds? Are they just dualie conversions?
Ben Oliver If you were to ask me, I think they are daily drivers and they convert them to a duallie setup for the sledpull and then revert them back after the day is done.
It's funny watching people make fun of the ford breaking an axle, while dodge runs the same axle
I guess the Ford is the only one with enough power to break an axle! Chevys tear out their IFS front ends regularly, but then again, a powerful enough fart would destroy that junk set up.
Yep You would be surprised at how much an I.F.S will handle with just a simple set of tie rod sleeves. Check out one night stands early videos.
500SWMAGOPERATOR What bothers me is that they will spend more than 10k to get 4 digit hp, but then won't even touch the tie rods. It's like everyone knows they are a weak point EXCEPT GM guys.
Mine is sleeved, running around 1,000 ft/lbs with 37x13.50x20's. No problems with the front but I need axle trusses on the rear, shock seals have a very short life.
well the reality is most of the people making fun of other people on here actually drive hondas if anything at all lol
Not only did he fuck up the front but he did some nice panel work in the rear.
always fun to watch a ford break
biteme When you can't pull further than a Ford. 4:02
NovaOrbitDragon it’s just cause the dodge had too much power.😂
Dason Stalnaker its funny they run the same axle so you dodge fans are literally making no sense
The Chevy guys should have kept StabiliTrak on so the tires don't spin so much
That's a STRONG 💪💪💪 Ford ! Watch how the torque cause problems.
BlueOval You piece of trash lol
أعقب انت وش تقول يا ورع
im not saying that the places people got are wrong, im just a little confused because seem trucks seemed to go farther then others and didnt get placed and then some didnt seem to go very far, like i felt the second place winner went farther then first place, im just confused.
Lol, and where I live I barelly passed the anual technical inspection on my 1.9 tdi golf and there ppl race diesel trucks that literarly emit radiation...
Are those weights on the front of some?
3:12 Built Ford Tough haha
To be fair the contest far exceeds the maximum recommended pull capacity for most if not all of the vehicles
Jormungandr that so not true fix or repared daily
What engine was the first ford
Omar Zuniga 6.0 liter Powerstroke
it was too much for ford well chevy and Ram they are the best ones
Pedro Almaraz gay
Thermidor le vrai what little bitch can’t handle the truth? Lol
Anybody who really knows and comprehends the art of truck pulling would tell you that the trucks are not the winning variable (as far as brands go). Its all about the driver, and his ability to feel, understand, and react correctly to all of the variables given during a pull. All skill but it does help when you drive a stroker.
Dodges gets first second and 3rd while the Ford breaks down
yeah bro, mopar rules!!
hemiMrqz cummins is boss, im depressed about the powerstroke, it did a chevy
Matt Reynolds ford don't make diesels like they used to.. everything went downhill after 03 when they dropped the 7.3L stroker
B Dawson Ford never made there diesels.
hemiMrqz there aint nothing mopar about that cummins
В чём суть сего действа??? И почему оно вылезло у меня в рекомендованных?
Та же фигня
Fearless Ford
Fearless Front Axle lol
why do people even try to pull fords competitively
I watched about 10 Duramax's get spanked by a bone stock 6.4 Powerstroke and a 6.0 Powerstroke last year. I'm a Dodge guy but I have seen more Chevy carnage than anything up here, the front ends on the Duramax trucks explode far more often than Ford's or Dodge
But the thing you miss to mention is that the front end of a chevy can be fixed and prevented with aftermarket parts, and that the front end is the only weak part of one, far more dodges and fords throw motors than chevys do and I cant help but notice that the front end of a chevy is the only thing ford and dodge guys seem to hang on to, im not gonna dog on cummins motors, they are tuff, but fords, the 6.0 is the worst diesel mistake to ever be put into production
Just talking from what I've seen boys. No idea who Jesse Warren is nor do I care. You got a bunch of money to put into any truck, that brand you choose to dump all the money into is gunna be better than anything with less money into it. I've seen my uncle's bone stock company truck 5.4 Gasser Ford f250 out pull all the gas trucks here and I've also seen a mildly done up 7.3 Power Stroke take the diesel class because he had a decent set of tires on it and didnt blow out the track from underneath him. There's good days and bad days for all and from what I've seen around here the Chevy's don't seem to pull all too well until you dump a bunch of money into them to make the rest of the running gear stand up to what the Duramax is capable of. Ford's got their excessive wheel hop and Dodge has their weak automatic tranny's.
I'm sure once gears, tires, driver's, truck history (usage and/or abuse) and track conditions are factored into the equation it's a crap shoot on who's got the better truck. I'll keep going to truck pulls and watching any Ford, Chevy or Dodge go down the track cause those are the only 3 real truck manufacturers as far as I'm concerned and I love the rivalry's between them.
Jay Allen Anything can be fixed with aftermarket dumbass
Jay Allen When you say "chevy" you must be referring to Isuzu, because thats who built your duramax. not chevy. 6.0 powerstroke is horrible, yes. Thank International. The GM 6.2 and 6.5 diesels were horrible too, thank Detroit.. but not nearly as embarrassing as the worst diesel engine ever put into an automobile, the GM 350 diesel. Ford now builds their own Powerstroke and it dominates. They also build their own transmission and it's bulletproof. They don't outsource other companies to build their powertrains, then slap their name on them.
Não entendi muito o objetivo da competição com essa máquina atrás, alguém pode explicar?
É pra dar peso pras camionetes puxarem
Elas vão acumulando terra e vai ficando mais difícil de puxar
I wonder if these guys know that if they didn't run their engines so rich they would get better scores. If your engine has to fight to much fuel it's not going to pull as hard
if you wanna insult someones truck, tell them it looks like it was built ford strong ;)
3:01 you know right about now some @ss hole will say "built ford tough"
Well i think those people should of fixed the wheel in the beginning cause idk how could they do a pull with the wheel being all fucked up.. Ik it was going to break it looked like its bent.
shut the fuck up if it was a chevy you would have made countless of excuses and blame it on anything, not to mention same thing happend to many chevys countless of times
+Cow Girl 97 no i wouldnt i hate gmc, chevys just like i hate Honda and acura .. I dont like civic's or accords anything from those three companies just like ford ,dodge ,nissan , mitsubishi
+Cow Girl 97 little girl telling ppl to stfu, what's new
+Cow Girl 97 sensitive generation
What does that machine on the back of the trucks do?
I should bring my Tundra TRD to see how it gos
I'd pay to see that..
Good job editing this video, a lot of action back to back!
Fearless ford? looks like that Ford got Scared
are those single wheel truck with a dually rearear end conversion or dualys with a single wheel box ?
Amaro preço
on the trailer they're pulling, what is that thing on top that slides forwards for?
Its a pallet of weights that slides forward to apply more pressure to the front making it dig into the ground so its harder to pull.
***** thank you I was wondering too
3:17 Stance Nation
Can anyone explain how come they eventually stop? I've seen something moving on the trailer. Is shift in weight causing that?
AS the sled is pulled down the track the weight box on the sled moves forward putting more pressure on the front plate of the sled and in some cases there are also pins ( cant remember the technical term for them) on the bottom of the plate that dig into the dirt. In some extreme classes they even use the brakes on the rear sled tires. All of this combined creates friction and causes drag to stop the pull vehicle.
500SWMAGOPERATOR Ok, so the front plate works and a plow? Also the weight box is moved by hydraulics or any other mechanical means? I mean does it always take the same amount of time for it to move forward since the start of the race?
500SWMAGOPERATOR
Also what are the approximate specs for the cars taking part, max power/torque?
Sled pulling vehicles are seperated by classes, events can set classes as they wish. Alot of them are based on weigh of the vehicle, number of drive tires, stock or modified engines type of fuel they are running on ect. There are too many classes for me to discuss. Just changing tire size may put you in another class. As far as torque or hp single engine open class lets you run any truck with one engine regaurdless of engine size, fuel or anything goes
M3thamph3tam1n3 2.6 class is a diesel class that limits the size of the turbo to 2.6 inch output I believe.
FEARLESS FORD HA HA MORE LIKE BROKEN FORD HA. NOT SURPRISED THAT HAPPENED
Dodge has the same axle as ford...
Dam ford diesels sound so fucking good
First pulling video I've seen where a Chevy hasn't snapped a tie rod. Poor little guys wish they had straight axles like a real truck.
TheHAHA199 chevy uses dana Spicer axles
ford uses dana spicer axles
dodge uses dana spicer axles.
TheHAHA199 "real truck" 😂 you're one of those. Grow the fuck up, anything with a bed is a real truck snowflake.
heavy_ z71 He's a salty shmuck because the Ford broke as usual.
Doug Johnson ford owners are the whiny bitches of the truck world tho.. they always have to find a damn excuse
Feel bad for the Ford that blew out the front axle I'm just glad no one was injured but its sad when you work hard to get the truck prepped for the pull then boom something breaks.
The Poluttion is real.
meir dahan gay
@@thermidorlevrai65 idioct
Pleas how much torque you reach in this cars
Climate change...
yeah...a few guys in trucks are really the biggest problem...
LMAO Excatly what i was thinking. Thats Y the earth is getting hotter cause of shit like this.
Is there rules that it has to be a production vehicle? I can see some guy showing up with a one off tank making 4000 ft-lbs of torque and being able to pull this the sled to another state.
Cuanta contaminación ambiental, y lo toman como divertido y deporte, eso no debería existir
So what exactly happened to the Ford I've never seen an axel buckle in like that
Y eso que??
chevy and ford make there own diesel engines dodge is the only full size pickup that shares a engine platform/design that is used in commercial semis and tractors.
Sorta true, GM asked Isuzu for design help for the duramax but they are built in Ohio by GM, Ford asked help on the latest 6.7L from a Austrian Company but previous were outsourced from Navistar.
if you want something done right get a Chevy
I believe ram can pull a shit ton more than Chevys but Chevys are faster but they're both durable, however fords just suck in every way shape or form
Zues Tooters BULLSHIT
+jack morgan you sound like a 12 year old bitch who doesnt know shit about real life truck performance.
+Zues Tooters im with u one that i own three 7.3's powerstroke an 02 f250 megacab and 02 f350 duelly and an 03 f450 all of them have over 300,000 miles on them and i haven't had a single issue with them the 7.3 will always be the best diesel ford ever made all the old 7.3s will out perform any new dodge or chevy, i'v pulled more than 50.000'lbs with them to
Farmer J but you suck so much better don't you dumb fuck piece of shit.
Looked like Dale Bennets front locker wasnt working.
First Ford (model T) used dodge engines just saying people fun fact
Wubber Bass yeah that’s before they started beef
Are you stupid ???? Dodge exists because of Ford. Essentially, Dodge used Ford engines, not the other way around. Bum ass.
what happens is you hook your truck up to a sled. the sled has a box with weights in it. as you drive down the track the weights move to the front of the sled causing the front to dig down into the dirt and stops you. the goal is to pull the sled to 300feet or farther.
the goals when creating a vehicle for this sport is torque (not horsepower), weight distribution, and strength/reliability. other important things are traction, wheel speed, horsepower, chassis tuning, rake, and wheel offset.
Fearless ford😂😂
Писали бы массу и сколько сил. Былоб збс.
Да, и объяснили бы в чем смысол. А то гуглить сейчас пойду
I’ll be back i got to put my mask 😷,
Mucha contaminación...
Demasiada
Contaminación extrema!!
This is America babe....
Вот люди розвлекаются
Even an old Ram got 3rd place.
old ram are better than new ram
Build Ford tough huh.. 😂🤣😂🤣
I don't think they were built for towing stuff like this
Right?
so eu do Brasil aqui?
Vc não
