Can’t believe this was 6 years ago! I always say this was a top-5 show I’ve ever been to in my 32 years of life. Leo and The Foundry are fucking awesome. I still remember this show like yesterday… ALL HAIL!
Awesome show, glad i got to see them on this tour in Portland. But I've got to say, the sound mixing on this whole set is ON POINT!!! You can hear the vocals and lead so clearly.
A friend and I helped do load in for them one time on the Radio Rebellion tour when Redeemer was new. They had a big wall of dummy cabs mounted on poles to look like a giant mountain of guitar gear. It was fun to nerd out over their guitar rigs and listen to Scottie noodle around on Tool riffs while they set up. "Blueprints for Future Homes" was their soundcheck song. When they played "Memphis Will Be Laid to Waste ", we thought there couldn't be anything left in the tank, then they blew the doors off with "Creating Something Out of Nothing, Only to Destroy It." Fun times!
Another amazing job Leo. I watch bands like this to hear the vocalist - especially the screaming - and there are so many muddy mixes of metal bands on TH-cam.
Omg Norma Jean Ftw! If I didn't know better I would say this is all tracked and they are pulling a Millie vanilli (sp) but this is the the great Norma Jean! Saw them way back with Josh, still as good as they were! Not many bands still doing it this long this hard!

You are the best
Agreed!
Really wish disconnectie was on this set
BaD LoSs I second that
Tysfm
Man, this is an amazing performance. I just wish there was more songs from Meridional and the Anti-Mother 🤘
They never do meridional. Which is their best album. To me anyway
@@bpooboi Yeah, it's my favourite album, too. A lot of people don't like the Anti-Mother, either, but I also love it; it's dark.
@@KarlRockLove Anti-Mother! Never understood the hate 🤷♂️
Could honestly make a live album out of this quality.
Best "Live" Norma Jean Audio quality on TH-cam
Right??! holy cow this sounds amazing.
One of the best recordings of a live set on TH-cam tbh
... Until their recent K-Pit performance. The mixing and production on that is killer.
Very good now you need to check out the Kerrang concert that just dropped
@@whatisjustis so true ....sounds massive!!
Leo always has the best live sets. This is easily the best Norma Jean show you’ll find on the internet. All their best songs.
this set has ended up being one of my most frequented on my channel which is really cool to see, thanks for the kind words!
@@LeoSypniewskiit makes sense why, watched it 4 times now since finding this set yesterday. appreciate the content you provide us.
"The End of All Things Will Be Televised" one of the best Norma Jean songs ever!
Wow! Great audio engineering. Album of the 2000’s! All hail the almighty Norma Jean!!!!!
What a performance holy shit. And whoever mixed this deserves an award.
One of the all-time great albums to come out of this era.
redeemer/define the great line. peak totally agree
Major props to the sound/recording guys on this. As close to an actual Norma Jean live album as we can get
They sound so damn good. Im fucking impressed and proud at the same time. Love this band so much.
They are monsters. Album like quality
Yeah, that's really impressive.
17:20.
Burn down, the Circuit City. No Mercy.
(Chugga chugga squal, squeal, squeall, squeal squeal, squeallll)
Gets me going every time.
Can’t believe this was 6 years ago! I always say this was a top-5 show I’ve ever been to in my 32 years of life. Leo and The Foundry are fucking awesome. I still remember this show like yesterday… ALL HAIL!
Holy shit this is an amazing live recording!
They play so we'll, I feel like I'm listening to the album at spotify
One of the most perfect sets ever played
This sounds amazing for a live performance recording.
Holy shit. Talk about a set list!
they are truly the best band in this darned world
Wow that quality is insane. What a show
no time stamps needed for the greatest band of all time.
HellontheriseGaming I feel the same, makes me wonder how bands like Norma Jean arnt mainstream. Instead of hip hop, ppl actually relate to this
Not a single original member though!
wolfey 41 so the fuck what you furry.
Holy shit this recording is phenomenal. They're super tight. Great performance.
Norma Jean is my favorite band of all time and this performance is one of the many reasons why!
best band i ever heard live
Lead singer really put its fourth the effort to maintain his vocals it’s crasy
Played at least 100 times since discovery. My speakers are begging me to stop. But i won't. Not a single live show on TH-cam can match this raw sound.
Same. Fuck man i want turn it off but I just can't bring myself to do it. It's all I've been watching a listening too for a hot minute now lol
The mixing was a labor of love
Glad you liked it
I was at this show. The video sounds as good as it did live.
Leo does a great job. Both he and Hate 5ix have the best live videos.
Awesome show, glad i got to see them on this tour in Portland. But I've got to say, the sound mixing on this whole set is ON POINT!!! You can hear the vocals and lead so clearly.
funny how i get more excited to see an upload from you then from any other channel :) great work
Rhinestone I appreciate that a lot
The audio mix on this is incredible!
Long Live
I’m speechless
This setlist and quality are amazing thanks for this
I waited my whole life for this video
I took my little brother to see these guys in 2007 at the Soapbox in Wilmington, NC. It was his first show and it was insane
I can’t wait for live shows again!

Also that guys buttcheeks about 10 secs into that epic dancing.
Not gonna lie, I'd be doing the same. Best moment in the song.
The Chicago show was lit as fuck. So glad this exquisite recording exists
Love going to these shows. Especially at the small venue they usually come to in my state. Fun times.
This is such a cool performance and the quality is brilliant
guitars are so tight and crisp
The sound... Amazing!
God I wish my guitar sounded like this, hahah I NEED THIS SETUP RN

ridiculously good quality, thanks for the upload!
the boys put on a solid live show consistently
One of your best work so far Leo, you are a legend among heroes.
How could you NOT get pumped out of your fucking mind when they close with Memphis?

Killed it always my dude
dude. mix and edit are killer. thank you so much. amazing performance too.
I saw them in Wichita @ Rock Island. They are insane. Best concert I've ever been too.
sounds good! thank you! they sound tight af
Another amazing job Leo. I watch bands like this to hear the vocalist - especially the screaming - and there are so many muddy mixes of metal bands on TH-cam.
Please make this into an album.
It still amazes me how often this video gets traffic still, I don’t even remember mixing it anymore. I’m glad people like it
43:37 that pause
Fuck yes! Norma Jean you are the greatest of all time!🤘🏻🎸🤘🏻
Again with these digital mastered pieces! Amazing sound. My fav new channel by far.
You should give the audio masters to Norma Jean so they can press this into vinyl and I can purchase it. =)
awesome video and sound quality, it's great to see live recordings that don't suck ass
Much agreed it is
Whoneed good quality Norma Jean live videos in their lives on TH-cam? Especially in the year 2020....
I'm proud to say I saw there in 2006 with the tours sound of the Underground in El Paso Texas 🤘
Good for you, man!
I first was assaulted by Luti-Kriss in 2000. My music-listening habits have never recovered. :)
Gosh, I love this band..
PRICELESS
The sound of this video is freaking amazing! Subscribing right fcking now!
25:00 - couple songs from Polar Similar
Omg Norma Jean Ftw! If I didn't know better I would say this is all tracked and they are pulling a Millie vanilli (sp) but this is the the great Norma Jean! Saw them way back with Josh, still as good as they were! Not many bands still doing it this long this hard!
excellent live recording
