Yes This will make it so you can play with your friends, then after that give them the CFX.re to play

Get a patreon subscription which is only 15$ on the cfx.re website then connect them to your server key
i portforwarded TCP and UDP txadmin by the firewall part and my friend is still unable to visit the txadmin website
that's a separate deal, what I did in this video is port txadmin for your home wifi so you can use any device
