I find it crazy that’s the one girl said “no one ever tells you the costs of children”. Everyone tells you this. In fact, I thought everyone knew this. This is one of the reasons people tell you plan a family and not be a teen mom. Her saying this baffles me, but maybe we just aren’t saying this enough in education. We focus too much on “don’t do it” but never give the reasons why you shouldn’t do it and what might happen THOROUGHLY - and again, safe sex. Also pick your sex partners carefully.
maybe she just meant that no one ever FULLY tells us the costs of children? just like with sex education, as you said, all anyone ever talks about is the "do not" and not the "why not" - maybe that mom just meant that yes, although people talk about how expensive it is to have children, people don't talk about WHY it's expensive. apart from the obvious factors like food and shelter (which i'm sure that mother was aware of), there's also education, birthdays, electronics, medicine and vitamins, et cetera and these all also add up as the child grows older
I think people who say that don't say so because nobody actually never "told them" or they "never heard" Like they say, "experience is the best teacher", so until they're in it, it usually doesn't actually impress on them how expensive. If you're single, no kids and parents are ranting how expensive it is to raise kids, it's super tempting for one to easily think of such parents as overreacting or overestimating and "blowing things outta proportion" It always only fully makes sense AFTER one starts raising a kid, and then the realization kicks in.
Unfortunately, not everyone knows this. Random people aren't out here educating the kids who have parents that shy away from the sex talk, or go to schools with no sex education. The kids in those situations who might read comments like yours are just lucky
I’m gonna have to disagree with this. It definitely is not told as much. I know for a fact outside of the US, it is not. But even in the US, sex education mainly consist of letting you know how a pregnancy happens or how to avoid pregnancy but they never go further than that. As a 21 year old, I learned how expensive formula is from a tweet of a young mom. Yes, it is told that a child is expensive but not realistically why.
Honestly I'm someone who doesn't want kids at all for personal reasons but hearing them talk about how their babies made their life better and brought joy to them warms my heart.
Wow 3 years, it seems to me the first video just came out. Seeing these beautiful and strong woman grow and prosper has got me tearing up a bit. Blessings 💕
what allie said about adopting 7 children sounded so unrealistic. adoption is just so expensive even with just one kid, let alone 6 more! not only that but it’s gonna take a huge toll on your finances, relationships, and mental health. i thought it was kinda funny she said that but then said that having a kid was a financial burden. not only that, but having 6 siblings just sounds terrible, i know she probably thinks that she would be saving these kids from a tough life in the system and even though i’m sure they’d be grateful, i don’t think it’s a great situation.
She got pregnant so soon after giving birth! There has to be a suggested waiting time. I hope she was healed enough before having to do it all over again !!
Is it even possible to show the the same amount of love and attention to 7 children like Allie says she wants? Just doesn’t seem possible and kind of unfair to the kids…..
I’m one of 5 and it’s totally possible. I’m sure it wasn’t easy for my parents (especially since we’re all close in age) but it takes knowing your kids and finding something to connect with them with and making the time for them
All of the big families I know are amazing and the kids love having so many siblings. It is honestly not the terrible thing so many people make it out to be.
@@haydenfaithh Also one of 5 and our experiences are very different. When you have a lot of children, I feel like parentification becomes more common and it really fucks with any healthy relationship you have with your kids.

i found maddie and her channel through this video and was hooked to her videos ever since! she is so real and true to herself and an incredible mom
I'm so happy for maddie she should be proud of herself honestly
This was a great video! Seeing how the teen moms have changed! Also, Chloe looks awesome! Still, kind of a bummer that Tia didn't show up.
Maddie’s latest TH-cam video is “my first day of college”… I’m so proud of her 🥲🥲🥲
I'd love to see the reunion of their kids in 12 years
I love the fact that they all agree that kids are a blessing and they changed their lives for the better ❤️
Woww its nice for them to see each other back and see what changed in their mentality
I'm so glad for these girls !! They seem to have grown into such beautiful human beings and it's wholesome to see it !
this made me so emotional, i absolutely love it.
Honestly I'm someone who doesn't want kids at all for personal reasons but hearing them talk about how their babies made their life better and brought joy to them warms my heart.
PLEASE do this with the vegan video. I want to hear Erin’s story tbh
Yes lmao
Whos Erin
that was an odd one out
Oh my gosh their children are so precious 🥺🥺
I hope the 5th girl who didn’t come this year is doing okay!
She couldn’t make the shoot. She is okay.
09:20 whenever she started talk everything she said was on point! And the girl before her too 👏
aww it’s adorable seeing them grown up
This is exactly what we wanted. No joke.
I can’t get over how gorgeous Chloe is
Jubilee your stage really had a glow up
Ok this is so cool, y'all should do more of these videos
Can we talk about how much better the color grading and white balance has gotten on these videos in 3 years lol
Wow 3 years, it seems to me the first video just came out. Seeing these beautiful and strong woman grow and prosper has got me tearing up a bit. Blessings 💕
I'm the second youngest of 10 kids and I will forever be impressed on how my mom homeschooled 10 kids.
I love Cloe´s haircut and makeup! It suits her so well
Hope y’all have the teen dads come back too
allie is amazing omg i love her
they’re all amazing i’m so proud of them
😮 Wow, great development from teen moms👏👏👏 Everyone agreed on most topics of being a teen mom, but not couple topics
wholesome af. Teen dads next please.
Am I the only one thinking how stunning Chloe was with her new haircut. She was gorgeous before but wow! Totally frames her face and she was glowing 😍
what allie said about adopting 7 children sounded so unrealistic. adoption is just so expensive even with just one kid, let alone 6 more! not only that but it’s gonna take a huge toll on your finances, relationships, and mental health. i thought it was kinda funny she said that but then said that having a kid was a financial burden. not only that, but having 6 siblings just sounds terrible, i know she probably thinks that she would be saving these kids from a tough life in the system and even though i’m sure they’d be grateful, i don’t think it’s a great situation.
For anyone wondering, Maddie has since gotten married and had a second child, she has also graduated college and is doing amazing!!
She got pregnant so soon after giving birth! There has to be a suggested waiting time. I hope she was healed enough before having to do it all over again !!
chloe looks amazing! glad to see these ladies doing well.
Everytime I watch Allie’s video I can feel her intelligence so well she is so smart
It's honestly crazy how fast time goes by
I’m so proud of all you beautiful Mammas! Congratulations on all doing such an amazing job xx
this is literally a prime example of Gods plan working through lives beautifully
Theyre so amazing and so strong💕 they rly should be proud of themselves
this is awesome!! i really hope there is a teen dads episode
women are such a gift to this world, i hope they all feel loved and cherished and protected. Seriously precious.
I could not recognize Allie or Chloe!! It’s so cool that they hit back together to see his there answers differ overtime(:
I'm one of seven. Yes, my parents gave love and attention to all of us. I think this depends on the parents more than anything else. Not everyone is cut out to have a big family. I loved growing up in a big family and want to provide that for my own kids too.
@@losthope98 that also definitely happened in mine especially since the oldest two were both girls. We were the second and third moms when ours wasn’t choosing to parent or didn’t care enough about a certain child
