I can't test it myself, but you did Bayonetta completely wrong. If you up-b before you jump, you can do another upon after you jump. Also, you can cancel a jump into up-b if you input up-b in the first few frames of the jump. Could you test it again and see if it's possible?

With extreme precision, I think Wiifit trainer can be possible, airdodge in the first pillar. Only use down-B in strength and speed challenges, she does inprove there, but not on recovery. Edit: just tested it, airdodge has too much endlag so it is unfortunately almost completely impossible.
