Ness did it with double jump air dodge, but Lucas does got nowhere near as high? I thought Lucas had a slightly higher jump from the ground, but no, it's significantly lower. Villager and Megaman both no jump. Greninja is so close to do no up-b. Hero did no up-b and no Zoom. Okay, Mii Gunner really looks like he can make it with the no-hitbox up-b. Oh, is this another candidate for "all but Steve"?
I have an idea they can try to get Kirby in a fire wall but if it moves them they die at 10 percent health but also if they don’t k.o Kirby they don’t with

Came here to say Sephiroth should have been able to do it in winged form! I think the tunnel is too narrow for Steve’s blocks
