Thank you SO MUCH Min, I needed this!!! My backlog is crazy but yes, so relateable. buy a game, start a game, new games comes out, i play that, then i buy things in a sale but then feel bad not covering new releases so those older games get pushed down the list. thank you so much for this!

I have such a huge backlog and I’m terrible with not finishing games! I usually hit a point where the ‘addiction’ ends and I’m onto the next game. But I definitely have a lot that I only moved on from because something else released. I recently started replaying Ooblets and totally back in love with it and so keen to at least finish the main plot line.
Yay! It definitely feels good to go back to a game and to actually get back into it!!!! 🩷 And I am also awful at finishing games these days!!! Ugh!! haha
OMG I’m so glad I am not the only one who doesn’t finish all of theirs games they got going on. Always something newer and exciting comes along.

The first step for me is limitting the backlog by buying less. I try not to buy anything unless it's at least 40% off and I want to play it right now. I got an xbox one for Christmas so gamepass makes me less likely to buy games unless I really want them. I prefer the portability of switch but being able to try games before buying will really help.
