Its a senior project.. I don't think they had to pay for the PLC which is probably the most expensive component in this project. They probably only had to purchase and build the power supplies and push buttons.. Remember to build the PLC design you gotta pay for the software in case your thinking of trying to build something. Using an Intel microcontroller can be a lot easier and more convenient for low voltage projects. PLCs are industry based. So unless your building a factory use a macrocntro
I'm guessing the way they did it is by using a timer. They probably manually calculated how long it took for the bottle to be filled, and set the pre-set of the timer to that value.
Actually there were so many things that could be done in the project. We planned and programmed also. But we didn't have that much time in hand to execute them. This is just a demo version of a Bottle filling station. Just to show that A Huge Industrial version of this filling station can be programed by PLC.
Good Day Ahmed, Great job. Is it please possible to let me know how much can cost a PLC for such project? The sensor? portable conveyor? Thanks and Regards
Are u using timer for water filling or any flow rate calculation., If it's based on timer then the filling quantity will vary according to the water level in tank.
Well we didn't have to buy the PLC. We used one from the lab. Other than that it costed $400. But i think you can do it at a much cheaper cost. We didn't have much time that is why we had to pay a little extra in some places.
can you give me the complete project report.i would like to know what kind of senor is used and I would like to upgrade this project by using a pick and place option for bottle cap.so if u could help me. that will be great.
Gr8 video buddy.
I m also planning to do this for my project

great video
very nice project
Claps of Appreciation..:)

By what method did the system "know" when enough water had been displaced? Flow meter? Weight on bottom? Timed displacement?
very nice

How did it make...?
how do I make a conveyor stop and start wihtout using pushing the start pushbutton again

How did you do that?
did u use a timer or a sensor?
I will buy this machine
Hello I am doing a similar project where did you purchase the conveyor table ?
Thanks guys for your appreciation.
hi i am doing the same project as this could you tell me what is the tools to make something like that
good
hey bro which motor r u using..plz reply... am going to do same project
you must use level sensor to get the fix amount of filling,,,,,,pre timer setting isnt an good idea :p
+Ravi Suthar Theoretically yes... but there is a problem. Where will you attach the level sensor?
hey bro can u tell mi what was the total cost of ur prjt and how much do that plc costs?
Hello sir can you give this project report for study more about this project.
Can you please send me program and wiring
Please tell me what type of sensor you used in your project...
proximity
can you give me the complete project report.i would like to know what kind of senor is used and I would like to upgrade this project by using a pick and place option for bottle cap.so if u could help me. that will be great.
Where do you live?
What type sensor did u use?
adli syahmi proximity
Looks like an infrared sensor. Laser sensor..?/
Hi Ahmed please can you send me your ladder programme for your project, and thank you in advance.
Timed Displacement. Bloghreth.
