Looking good stock springs we’re sagged springs do wear over time. I have a 07 with 300k miles that I’m doing similar things to lift wheels tires. Shout out to 1sr gen off-road very good to deal with.
Hey, I was skipping around. I believe you said it’s lifted about 3” in the back and 2” in the front and you used old man emu shocks and springs. You didn’t have to change anything else, and your camber is still good, angle on the CV axles still good? You figure you have an exhaust header leak? Rusted and cracked? You can hear it? What size tires?
This seems VERY deja vu to me. This is the second time I’ve watched one of your vids and felt like I’d not only watched it before but commented as well. When I went back and looked, I couldn’t find the older version. Am I going crazy here ?!?!
Hey there! Yes, sorry about that. Some of the music I used got randomly copyrighted which flagged my video and I had to reupload. I combined 2 older videos into one so it’s easier to watch as well. Good catch! 😅
how does the on road ride compare between bilstein with stock springs and bilstein with ome springs? im curious for a daily driver as opposed to mostly offroad. Also fuel economy before and after lift?
A little bit stiffer due to the height, but good travel. Better handling as well. I got 13-14mpg with lift and tires, whereas before I was getting closer to 15.
Where’d you get the weathertech? It looks different than from their website. Wonder if you put that extra rubber trim around each cutout/hole for the 3rd row seats? Great video keep them Sequoia vids up!
Nope! Since it’s just once size up from stock tire size and I lifted it about 2 inches overall, it rides great! I’ll only get the occasional rub with hard hits off road, where the suspension maxes out and the tire hits the plastic fender liner which isn’t a huge deal
It’s time involved but can be done at home if you have a decent selection of tools available. There are some VERY good step by step videos on TH-cam to help…
Looks great! Love the black on black.
This truck is beautiful!

Nice sequoia I just purchased and lifted a 01 but by trac and vsc light came out did you have any issues with that ?
I like the headlight set. Where did you get it from?
Tire size?
Looks great. Which notch did you set the bilstein's at for the front?

I could have SWORN you did this vid BEFORE the clearcoat repair video…
He definitely did; seems like it’s a re-upload of that video.

What I’m asking is what is it called because when I asked for a spoiler for back window I’m not getting anything
I have a 2011 Sequoia Limited. We have the same grill.👌🏼Where did you get the V8 badge?
That’s spoiler that’s on the back window. How do I get me one of them

Hey! On the speakers, did the connectors plug and play with the Sequoia or did you need an adapter or to sauter anything?
Did you change speakers?
Put 1” spacers in the front.
Did you have any rubbing after you put the new wheels/tires on the stock suspension?
Nope! Since it’s just once size up from stock tire size and I lifted it about 2 inches overall, it rides great! I’ll only get the occasional rub with hard hits off road, where the suspension maxes out and the tire hits the plastic fender liner which isn’t a huge deal
Looking good.
What was the name of the product for the paint?
Restore effect s?
RestorFX
Does yours have air bags in the rear being a limited or did I miss that part?
Nope, mine is a 4x4 limited without air bags. Some came without that option
What happen with your brake booster man?
It was going bad and throwing a code. Replacing it fixed the issue
Is the timing belt hard to do? Is it something a novice can handle by following steps from a TH-cam video?
It’s time involved but can be done at home if you have a decent selection of tools available. There are some VERY good step by step videos on TH-cam to help…
whats your mpg with those tires?
You mean smiles per gallon?
Reuploading one of your most watched videos? With xmas around the corner? Mhmmmm
Got a copyright strike and had to reupload unfortunately. Definitely not most viewed lol and now it has even less but I do it because I love it 😎
