I’m thinking about getting into the hobby. I figure 3d printing your own airframes is gonna be where it’s at. There is a guy I’ve been watching that designs and prints his own airframes. You can crash and burn and just print another airframe and put the electronics from your crashed plane in the new one. A decent printer is about $500 and this guy charges like $15 for the digital airframe and you can print it off as much as you want. I think that is going to be the cheapest way to get into it. Nice! That little thing handles the wind better than I thought they did.
The wind throws it around a little bit but I'm still able to fly it .it's a fun little airplane.
