Beatrix putting herself into critical hp with command throw is such a Beatrix move, nice try Beatrix and Beatrix player Space.
The Ex Punch into Ex roundhouse is new, and really nice. He can do it on standing hit Ex honda hands now, too. Really helps his overall damage output which was already good.
And Ex Punch is -3 just like regular punch but nobody knows that so it's basically +
EX punch into EX kick was in the game before but mostly available during AA routes, there's combo vids of it and everything
Granblue Rising is my favorite among all the new fighting games, SF6 included. It is not perfect by any means, but I love how the gameplay strip down so much of the irrelevant crap to focus on the fun, competitive core. Super easy to pick up, super hard to truly master, even considering a few exceptionally busted chars who have a very powerful set but really low ceiling (you don't master them, they just carry you). Super fun, always something new to learn, and the core mechanics really bring the mind games out to shine.
I enjoy it too, but wish it was more popular...

Can't wait for ArcSys to make a sequel to Grappler Baki Baki Saikyou Retsuden and out-man the manliest fighting game character with a adaptation of one of the manliest animes ever.
I've been playing some Rising again recently. Got myself a cheap Haute leverless controller (partly because of your video) and been trying out a Anila as my second character after Nier. Lot of fun so far. If only I had a character guide video like I had for Nier wink wink

Way too outdated summary of the current state of the game, where mostly every character has neutral skips and huge damage.
Soris is a beast of a character, I would not mind having him as a main character.
I stay grinding Granblue. West Coast, Jp, EU keeping this game alive.
I think at least a third of the player base is from SA.
@@sonicstruggle7477 yeah I haven't had the time to check out the SA scene, I know KoF and Strive along with the usual SF and Tekken are popular there, but i need to hunt down GBF streams.
I heard the tournament in Brazil a few days ago was pretty cool.
Not having a shoryuken like move is a miss for Soriz in my opinion xD

I tried to pick this game up and Soriz was gonna be my main, but I just didn't stick with the game. Gotta try getting back to it eventually

Soriz is definitely better, but he does lose the massive bombos off the armoured rush punch and the super ground pound. Felt like last version he was a mid tier who could rob you easily with a couple of overtuned moves. Now he does a lot more from the start of the game, but had the robbery factor toned down(much like everyone else who abused double/triple super combos). They even made the instal faster and the super take away 2bp, which was frustrating tpreviously as he didn't have SSBa as a reversal option like others did when low.
Its crazy this game only have 500 people in steam, it deserves much more. Too much 66l i guess
Soriz is so fun to play but I just refuse to spend more money on this game after I bought it when it was first released (and after that the DLCs too) and waiting for him to get into the rotation is just miserable.

Soriz game plan is strong but predictable? So he's the Paul of Granblue.
I would've dipped from this grand finals seeing Siegfried and Beatrix but you made it fun to watch.
