HOPEFULLY ITS NOT ME PERSONAL WHATSAPP. Its mine business one so solution i found is to buy an android just to use my business one whatsapp until whatsapp fix this (seems to be happend with ios 16.4.1 or 16.4.1(a)

@@azegaming2976 hi yes I could find solution. Network problem .. uninstall WhatsApp and reset network settings .restart your phone once . Once done connect to some one’s wifi network (not yours).install WhatsApp and login
It will start work then you connect back to your wifi again

BigwaveE- Bro, We meant if you can then you back up but if you can’t then you will loose your data.😊
The only thing that fixed it for me was deleting the whatsapp account 🥲 it was a task in itself because it kept freezing. It'll delete all existing data though & you'll exit all whatsapp groups, you can't backup chats even if you have the backup files.
