@@frontline205He was better coach talent evaluator then Ron. I would’ve had him as OC over EB. Our offense was really good with him defense wasn’t great, but enjoyed watching our with him more then anyone. If we have any issues with Cliff give him a call. I also loved him with media, just a cool dude.
Love the duo, awesome to hear two intelligent offensive minds talk ball. Would love to see a brighter tv screen so we can watch what you all are dissecting.
This was a delight to listen to and watch. Colt & Jay, together, are really a good team. I find myself wanting to listen to more! That's the way to do it - make 'em eager for more!
I miss jay press conferences so badly after 4 years of ron man omg😂 although I gotta admit once I was emotionally detached from our seasons falling apart, ron made me laugh so hard with some of his slip ups at the press booth 😂
I love Jay, he did the best he could with the shit sandwich he was handed but at least he got paid for his headaches with the owner. He did well with what he was given to work with, and getting RG out the door was a big thing so Kirk could take over.
Outside of RG3s rookie year he gave us the most fun offense of the last 20+ years. Under different ownership his tenure might’ve been different. In short I couldn’t agree more 😂
This league is trending towards the fact that all qbs need to be able to run. His arm strength has never been questioned. All he has to do is complete passes not knock the receiver over. I know you like those QBs with rockets on their arms…. Lololol but we still love you Jay
Gruden said he could run, he had 2 great WR's and he got better each year. He also said his deep ball does not have a lot of pop on it, he makes ill advised throws across his body and takes too many big hits. Maybe some of this criticism is from the horrible taste of RG III still in his mouth, maybe it isn't. But, if you've followed football for 40+ years that I have...these are all code words for he still has a lot to learn
Idc what anyone says. I always stood by Jay ✊ between the upper management and injuries he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. If this guy had a good QB or even just the QB he wanted it could've been alot different. Great duo 👏
Doug Nussmeier was the QB coach for the Cowboys and the Chargers. He meant to say Mike Denbrock, who was Daniels' OC at LSU. The confusion may be that Nussmeier's son is also a QB at LSU.
Because he was uncoachable. He demanded to be put in a pro style offense even though he didn't know how to run one. He could only run the read option and when he refused to do that anymore, he was done. He never tried to develop his game. You can't coach a guy who doesn't put in the effort. That has nothing to do with this video
People who think the league is going in the direction of running QB are on fooling themselves. The dude doesn't have elite arm talent , he doesn't have a naturally strong arm . If he didnt run a 4.3 , he'd be a day 3 pick on his arm talent alone . The league is 17 games now , it will definitely go to 18 , eventually it will go to 20 with all preseason games becoming regular season games . There's no way in hell guys that play like him will last a 18 plus game season with playoff and Superbowl . It will be pocket passers with scrambling ability that will continue to be the prize . Chasing unicorns will die out .
That’s why I hope is waiting to the 12 hour to trade with Washington… 30 fumbles is alot from the QB position and we already had that problem wit Justin… Been saying it, Poles has to grab Daniel’s because this year, he was the best QB
Why wouldn't we? He was flawed, but he's a much better play-caller and play-designer than Scott Turner or Eric Bieniemy. He had a playoff appearance and a couple winning seasons with us. It's not his fault that Dan Snyder ran the team and made it impossible to work there
Loved Grudens offensive systems. Dude knows offense
This duo fire
Jay could probably be an OC somewhere. He had a good passing game in Washington

Big Facts bro! We appreciate RIO! We need more RIO vids! Getting tired of scrawny chat sports dude
@@terencebarnes7393agreed, but doubt he’d come back there after being HC once. If he can swallow his pride absolutely
Go commanders
I wanna go to a bar with jay and just get wasted listening to snyder and allen horror storys from his days as head coach
I’m pretty certain there was a bar in Ashburn where exactly that would happen.
😅😂

Jay is awesome. This makes me miss his press conferences.
He also twists up a mean blunt.

Gives me Lamar Jackson vibes but has a better starting base and the talent to throw the ball accurately and consistently
Exciting prospect
As an LSU fan, it was quite a treat to watch him develop into the Heisman winning QB that he became.
Gruden said he could run, he had 2 great WR's and he got better each year. He also said his deep ball does not have a lot of pop on it, he makes ill advised throws across his body and takes too many big hits.

My man playboy jay. I loved him as hc. Too bad the owner was a scumbag.
Jay was cool as fuck and the players liked him
extremely informative and entertaining, good job fellas.
Great show keep em coming
Seen my 2 Washington guys & had to subscribe!
It’s common sense for people who have sense.
Explain
I loved when Colt McCoy beat Dallas when he played in Washington
Super excited for next season! Httr!!
You two work well together. I think y'all have tapped into something. Good eye for the position
We can't see the screen.. can you cut to the footage full screen or quarter to see clearly and what's being drawn by Jay?
Good stuff Colt

Colt Mccoy beat Dallas on MNF so i will always be a fan

I saw that too not a lot of pop on the ball
I don’t know where the questions about arm strength are coming from
Good stuff.
Denbrock was OC not Nussmeier
So why couldn’t you coach RG3?

Jay was better than Ron by far!
Not sure Jay Gruden is the best scouting source but hey what do I know just saying
We should have kept Gruden. Turner and Bieniemy did not get the job done.
I wish the Saints would hire Gruden as HC. Dennis is a great coordinator but he’s not a HC.
what hat is Jay wearing?
Jay and Colt seem to have different opinions on Jaydens zip on the ball.
man i feel like we gone cook up soon .

He led all of college football in completion percentage on passes of 40 or more yards. What are you talking about?

Let it go dude. Caleb is going to Chicago
No wonder eliot wolf is like meh??

"Not a great ball"
Nobody wants to hear from racist Jay Gruden. Or his brother, so whatever he hast to say, is booty chatter.
