Really enjoyed your video, Felix! Thank you for sharing the great info on carnivore. I'm a bit over 2 1/2 years on carnivore. It's been beneficial for my health in so many ways. You're right about the social pressures that come with eating outside the current/cultural norms. But the results speak for themselves and we can lead by our example.
I've been doing carnivore/primal for 2 months and the only thing that bothers me, but it's slowly vanishing, is constipation, I think it's because of my gut being "adapted" to the fiber and toxins that I consumed for years before this. Update: My gut is fine, I barely eat any fiber now, and I feel great, I drink fruit juice or honey sometimes for hydration.
@@Carnivore-Felix I eat 1 or 2 bananas a day, and some days I drink coffee but extremely light just for the taste because helps me feel good whenever I do calisthenics, because I haven't slept that well in the past few months because of my life. Other than that, I eat grain fed meat, raw on the inside, sometimes wild fish, also butter, milk and I drink eggs everyday from my chickens.
@@gabrielascensotomas okay, well it could be the bananas causing the constipation. Bananas have a lot of fiber. I would personally leave out all fruit and dairy, and test that. Ideally also coffee, but I personally drink coffee although ir doesn’t affect me in a negative way
Sounds to me like the real issue is that their preparation of the meat is boring. There are an infinite number of ways to prepare meat. Nothing boring about it at all.
I can testify about the nicotine addiction, also weed. Still relapsing now and then but I'm making more progress on being carnivore a month than i did bare knuckling it for months. Its also to be noted I haven't been straight carnivore for a month because i cheated twice and the second was multiple days. So I actually think I would be off even the weed about now, (at this point its just a habit i need to break myself out off from and there aren't cravings, I've like trained myself to turn to weed every time I'm stressed and cutting the carbs has really lessoned the triggers but i still need to train myself in other habits to deal with stress, I've started walking instead ).
Thank you for sharing. This is very insightful. Fasting is very good for lowering your dopamine baseline, so that might be something to maybe test out. Otherwise, the reason carnivore is so effective is because you are most of the time in ketosis, so it mimics the fasted state a lot. Keep going, eventually if you don't cheat, all your cravings will go away, as well as addictions. I also used to chew nicotine before, but that also went away for me. Now I feel disgusted when thinking about carbs and processed foods, which is great.
Still thinking if I should jump on carnivore diet. The benefits sounds very good, but it's socially very ahrd to only eat meat. Thanks for making these videos
How long is the transitioning phase as we are in month 4 and still does not feel good. Lost too much weight and still feeling low energy, brain fog🤦♀️
Carnivore is a terrible fad diet. Carbs remain the rolls Royce of energy sources to the human body. No matter what anyone tells you. Quality wholefood carbs that is. Not the processed garbage. Everyone can't differentiate from the quality..
Most people will not care of course. But imagine if somebody does not accept you for your diet. What else can you really do? I haven't done this myself, because most people don't care!

Thanks Felix! I'm from New Zealand - your message really resonates. I'm loving the benefits of beef and lamb.

Yeah, that's pretty common. Are you being 100% strict with the diet? Coffee/artificial sweeteners, something else?
