    I’m not vegan yet I still prefer an intuitive plant based eating style.
    Intuitive plant-based eating is all about creating a balanced enjoyable relationship with food that respects both your body’s needs and natures seasons and cycles.
    How I practice this is If I feel like I need something refreshing and hydrating, I might make a big salad or a smoothie.
    If I’m craving something warm and comforting, I might make a hearty soup or stew or like you see here some Plant based Philly sliders you feel me!
    You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy foods and meals that swap meat for plants 🌱

      I used Abbot’s veggie crumbles and chopped up some portobello mushrooms. I cooked each separately and then added in a skillet together.
