So glad I found these great videos. I'm not sure what it is, but I have a bad shoulder, and after watching several of Bob & Brad videos and doing the cane exercises for a few days, my range of motion improved, and the pain improved. Thanks! I'm a big fan now, and I share the links with friends and family who have similar various joint issues.

I love you guys! Thank you for all the helpful information you share
    with us.
You just answered a big question I had about seated bike
peddling. I was beginning to worry that repetitive movement could
accelerate the damage done because of the small range of motion I have
in my hip but, you cleared that up in this video. It's the weight
bearing exercise that does that and that peddling actually increases the synovial
fluid. Awesome. I'm a happy peddler now:)

You’re absolutely correct, I have been exercising most of my life and still ended up getting arthritis in my lower back. Stretching definitely helps lower the pain.

Thank you for this video. I torn my ACL from a karate tournament 3 weeks ago. My orthopedic told not to have surgery for now since I can still walking & allow the knee to heal but I can't fight anymore. I may need to see a physical therapist.

I have Kyposis and you both have given me more hope for getting better than my own Doctor. I'm 68 young and the pain in the back and neck are unbearable to the point that I am afraid that a wheel chair will be how I get around, Soon. Without the stretch exercises I would not be walking very far. Any way are you still giving away the pillow and exercise mat? I also have Arthritis in my thumbs, wrists, hips, knee and ankles, so I can use a good mat and pillow to yoga with. Thank you

I have been recovering from 2 amputations and the atrophy and circulation problems that set in because of being non weight bearing for over a year.. So stretching and movement have been key for me. I am now able to do some walking. I do not want any further surgery. which is a huge motivator for me. NO MORE AMPUTATIONS!!!!:)
I have a great physical therapist already, but really like ya'lls channel. So I shared ya'll to my mom who is having a lot of health issues. Back pains. circulation issues and a whole slew of problems. I think that her lack of movement throughout the days is making everything worse. So I have been trying to work with her to get her moving again before it get's too bad.
Anyway, thanks for what you do. I hope a lot of people take this stuff seriously and put a smile on their faces while the exercise.
      :)

Hi, I have found your videos informative and useful.
Please do a video on 'How and when
To Rule-Out Osteoarthritis'. When do you start suspecting, even though initial diagnosis was osteoarthritis, opposite is true?
    Thanks in advance.

If you have a mild case of OA how do you get to be in the 18% or 25% of the ppl that actually improved or stayed the same? What are the 50% of the cases that got worse doing wrong? Also are these 3 myths of any OA joint or just the shoulder, knee, hip? THX guys!

Hello I have been having this problem for quite some time and I would really appreciate your help! No one can directly point out what the problem really is and I wanted to see if you guys could figure it out! I have been having this pop in my back for around a year now and it happens every time I take a breath! If I lay down like in my bed I don't have the cracking anymore but when I stand up or sit in a chair it cracks literally one after another when taking breaths! Is their anyway to fix this I am kind of scared what is wrong with me and no one knows what's wrong with me!

I wonder if it’s something to do with how the ribs move at their attachment of the spine or the lower ones with your intercostals when you breathe.
