I’m a fairly new sub, found you through EZboyRC, I’m also a small fry TH-cam creator and I totally agree about all the hate and negativity these days. I struggle with words more often than not so I typically leave this emoji “ 🤙 “ to let people know that I watched the full video. I have posted that in my community tab and received some good responses. I don’t always agree with everyone but have discovered it’s ok to keep my mouth closed and wait for the next video because it’s generally a different direction. We all need to put our best foot forward and help each other, without compromising our integrity. Thanks for the video 🤙

They defend their preferences violently because they are defending what they think are their identities. It's the same as sports, music, celebrity, political and even religious fanatics. They use external preferences and people to stand in for the meaning they can't seem to find in life. Like what you want, but don't hide behind it. Dig your candor, man. My channel is small as shit lol! But I always try and toss out shout outs especially to those who supports me. You'll not get love from the big channels Jerry, learned that long time ago. I have came across lot of the big dogs that steal ideas from others as well. Which I guess isn't a huge deal but at least toss the little channel a bone for it sheesh. I don't fan boy over anything except my Rc4wd scale stuff because I just purely love there rigs. I've begged Rc4wd to just float me some sponsored stuff, I even offered them the fix for the Tf3 front end steering issue , they basically laughed😂. I'll buy anything clones name brands doesn't make a bit of difference to me. On another note you mentioned Vanquish you'll not find any bigger of a haters club than those guys Jerry 😂. Great video man really enjoyed listening while working . Those Canyon Trails work fine as well. Only time tires become super important is when your really pushing comp stuff and pushing a rig very hard. I've found even the clones work ok for trailing. You can push rtr stuff pretty hard with some work and modifications and thanks for the shout out Rc brother don't hear Rc Dungeon much on other channels it's very appreciated. I'm available on weekends for live stuff whenever hit me up.

Seems like I to will buy just about anything started looking around the shop and realized I need to stay off of banggood and start hitting Amazon more! I kinda feel that once you get that sponsorship stuff it just becomes a huge advertisement on every video and that's not the reason why us smaller channels are here IMO. I'm not trying to offend anyone that's sponsored but dam all I ever see from most of them is hey use this link buy this sonI can get freebies blah blah blah, I'm not about that begging crap and wanting free stuff. I find it hard to take some channels reviews honestly of your getting free crap non stop are you really gonna tell the truth about that product but thats my view on it. Good rant, I watched the entire video. I don’t comment as much anymore because someone someone will respond with a nasty comment to me, and sometimes another will agree. Even making a positive comment on a TH-cam channel , seems to bring nasty , toxic people out of the woodwork. Not all the time, but a lot of the time and for no good reason. I’ve only been in this hobby for a year and half or so, and it started as another way to spend time with my kids, unwind after work etc. forget about the routines and schedules of life , but it’s turned into people making fun of other people for liking a certain brand , type of rc, or whatever else they can find to make fun of or be rude about. Have fun in the hobby , share what you’ve learned, don’t be an asshole . You’ve got a great channel Gerry , surprised you don’t have more subs , I’m in Canada by the way. Keep up the great content !!

I started the channel to fill a gap I was seeing and continues to provide me with joy with interacting with you all.you will find my comments section has a higher caliber of people then most channels. I don't watch videos without a comment section. I've been in the hobby here in Oregon for 2 years. Only crawlers and one basher. I feel the same way about being a fanboy of them all. I have a gmaid sawback from a kit which is the lesser and box stock with some brushed system out of one of my RTR trucks. I don't remember which one. But I also have, Element -Ecto Black RTR Vanquish -Phoenix straight axle and VDF twin from kit FMS -Atlas RTR Axial -SCX10 Pro from kit All have Fusion Pro except the Atlas has the 1800, servos, wheels, tires, etc. None had a greater or lesser need for these things. And in the end I in no way have a favorite. And not between a couple of them but all of them. I have many 1/24 and 1/18 crawlers too. I think my next truck will be the TRX-4 Chassis Kit. I like the kits.
I've not been in the hobby as long as you, I've been in it since 2013 and I just turned 24, I don't know everything about the hobby and I took a few years where I only ran 1 vehicle and wasn't buying anything new so I'm behind on technology, but I respect your point of view because it's valid. I'm in the situation where I buy what I like and can have fun with. I've always had axial, up until I got my ultra and my portal phoenix and it opened my eyes to going to other brands and enjoying them. I've got my eyes on some not readily available trucks here in the US market that I wanna try but I don't really care if people think it's a bad idea or not. You can't tell how something is going to perform by pictures, I've wanted to start doing TH-cam myself I just don't know what I'd do compared to all the other rc TH-camrs, people can hate on Traxxas all they want, I've won a lot of oval races with Traxxas based cars over my time in the hobby, and although I just recently bought a TRX, I look forward to running it and seeing how it does compared to my other trucks.
Excellent view 👌 when I started few options and the only info was from magazines, you had to get a rig to find out what it was like (which most times was very different from what the magazine said!) The basic idea I started with the channel was long term use, communication, and honesty. Things I felt were lacking! I have always made videos for viewers that have questions that need images! Thank you also

I remember asking a few questions & not even get a single response so I just stopped watching but you have know it’s social media & everything is up for discussion but most of us are trying to learn new things & age doesn’t make a difference so when a grown man is disrespected we are like ok no need for watch that anymore. If it was nothing but your voice & the sound of the RC’s people are drawn in by the rhythm & flow ya I k ow it sounds weird but it ain’t there’s another Gentleman that I’m going to send a shout out to it’s Sonoran RC channel he has that same voice he sent a message after I was like love the channel but no new stuff but said he’d be back but ya his voice just holds on to you like the voice in the Twilight Zone. You can’t look away 😂 As far as RC brands I buy whatever I like it doesn’t matter what anyone has said about it. I’m not a fan of Traxxas but I own 4/5 including the TRX Sport Truck the base model & it’s so good super simple but seems to crawl over & try to crawl up anything. I actually make it a point to buy all brands & my next brand up is RC4WD I’ve had my eye on the model that doesn’t have a bed it’s a RTR but now there are a few other’s that came out that look awesome. And it’s not really a rant when your just saying. 🤷🏻♂️😂👍

By the way I just had the FMS 10 & TRX4 out I took some videos of them running up the same line tuff lines. I love my FMS 10 but I’m not in anyway gunna say it performs better both are very capable & run differently. I definitely beat both of them up abit. 👍

in my opinion the internet has given hatful people a platform to say whatever they want without consequence, as a man I know if I speak to another man disrespectfully I could get punched in the face, but I grew up in a world when you had to speak to people face to face and that taught me to be respectful and polite, young people today lack basic social skills because of this and don't think before they say something. I blame social media, that's my rant, I would love it if you did a live stream but I'm in the uk so time difference might be a problem but if it was done over the weekend I would definitely watch

I'm no fanboy of anyone but I am a hated of FMS. I didn't spell it wrong. I am hated by FMS and the feeling is mutual. Nice trucks but if you need support you will be hated by and hate FMS too.

I’m not a fan of Traxxas but I own 4/5 including the TRX Sport Truck the base model & it’s so good super simple but seems to crawl over & try to crawl up anything. I actually make it a point to buy all brands & my next brand up is RC4WD I’ve had my eye on the model that doesn’t have a bed it’s a RTR but now there are a few other’s that came out that look awesome. And it’s not really a rant when your just saying. 🤷🏻♂️😂👍

By the way I just had the FMS 10 & TRX4 out I took some videos of them running up the same line tuff lines. I love my FMS 10 but I’m not in anyway gunna say it performs better both are very capable & run differently. I definitely beat both of them up abit. 👍

in my opinion the internet has given hatful people a platform to say whatever they want without consequence, as a man I know if I speak to another man disrespectfully I could get punched in the face, but I grew up in a world when you had to speak to people face to face and that taught me to be respectful and polite, young people today lack basic social skills because of this and don't think before they say something. I blame social media, that's my rant, I would love it if you did a live stream but I'm in the uk so time difference might be a problem but if it was done over the weekend I would definitely watch

I vote keeping the rant Friday's it's good to get it out! as far as "clones" go I have a Remo Hobby Honch clone A/ because I couldn't afford the real thing and B/ they don't make honchos anymore, like you said the vast majority of Rc cars are made in China anyway so who cares. since you're a "fanboy" of all brands 😁 which rig is your favorite? there's enough hating to go around if I don't like something I just move on no need to bitch. Agreed on all points Derrick! I have found that my favorite rig depends on the condition! Hot,cold, snow. Rain,dark, wet,dry, quick run, all day.
I'm no fanboy of anyone but I am a hated of FMS. I didn't spell it wrong. I am hated by FMS and the feeling is mutual. Nice trucks but if you need support you will be hated by and hate FMS too.
