Does he remove the bolt that connects the lower suspension arm to the anti-roll bar link and the shock absorber? I found this to be necessary on my T4 to let the suspension arm drop. Maybe the T5 is different.
I have tried everything to get my ball joint out. Bought one of those tools you use, bashed the arm with a sledge hammer, oxy torched the damn thing still wont move.
We cannot show all the nuances and problems, it is all individual and it is not always possible to solve them at home. To avoid this, we always recommend making replacements at car services.

We cannot tell you for sure, You can find this information in the vehicle maintenance log book.
Wheel bolts with collars are torqued to 180Nm.
Let be honest if I had my own garage i would be able to do this myself.

You remove zn 14 bolts and then resecure with nuts? Did you add studs? Why didn't you replace the bolts?
In this video lesson, the ball joints were replaced with new bolts and nuts.
