- We unbox, setup, configure and review the Hisense R6 TV line which includes a 65" 58" 55" 49" and 43" version, most of which are available at Costco. We demonstrate:
-how to easily remove a large TV from its shipping box
-what the inputs are
-what ARC is and how to use it
-how to setup Roku
-how to connect a cable box, PlayStation 4 and an old Super Ninendo Entertainment System
-how to change the Hisense to power up directly to TV (or a cable box) instead of the Roku
-changing the cable box remote to work with the Hisense R6
-change the cable box video from 1080P to 4K
-the options for Netflix and explain that 1080p works just fine, but if you have Netflix Premium they have native 4K content

Cool thing is this same TV has been available at Walmart for $278.. I just bought mine yesterday 9-4-2020. My Sister bought hers online from Walmart for the same price. I've been to 2 Walmart's & they were loaded down with these TV's. I love the pic but best of all is the Sound! Dolby digital & this TV sounds like you have a sound bar because it gets super clear & loud.
Just got this TV for 208.00 after taxes. Was a display model but only for 3 months.
How do switch ur cable box from 1080p resolution to 4k resolution?

How exactly do you overclock your TV to 120 hz?
@URTechDotCa is there some sort of activation fee? The one review on Costco's website is complaining about it on the 50" model... very odd
Never mind I bought it and there’s no such thing. Great cheap buy
Are you seeing much edge light bleeding with yours? I just bought one of these and there is a thin halo of light visible on all four edges. Not noticeable in most watching but evident on youtube screen or when a uniform color appears at the right or left edges of the screen.

Yes it means the shows will be brighter and clearer! It’s a great tv

just motion rate, not actual 120fps.
Can it connect to bluetooth soundbar?
How do you screen mirror your tv to your phone ???
It depends on the type of phone you have. On my Samsung S9 most things that can easily screen mirror, like TH-cam, automatically show a mirror (3 curves icon in the top right corner of my cell) when this TV is in range.

you went fast to set up your remote with the tv...I didn't see how you did that.. can you tell me how you hooked your cable remote to hisense tv?
Are you Canadian? With Rogers? I just figured mine out. Was the most annoying process ever!
@@Tina-wh3vn hahah. Yes. I'm Canadian. It was for my parents. They ended up calling Rogers and they explained how to do it over the phone. My folks said it was easy once they were told how to do it... 😅

What if i still have dial up
Then the TV will still work but it will not update or act as a SMART TV.
Is Dolby ?
Yes, Dolby Digital Plus is what is shows in the setup and what I am using.
