oh man I've been waiting for this video, great work again. I can't remember if you put an oil catch can or not, if your valve covers are leaking you might either need to put one in or get a bigger one
@@WillChang Bro when are you getting that thing tuned. I'm as excited as if it was my car. You know why? Because about a month ago I had the idea of buying a 9th gen Corolla automatic and putting a turbo in it, for the shits and gigs lmao. Even tho I know that trans is prob gonna get rekt.
Too bad about oil dripping on your intercooler piping, however that Moroso oil pan looks awesome 👍 Your valve cover gasket may be pinched, it is a pain to keep gasket proper, when put the cover on :(
Yeah even though the oil gets on the intercooler pipe it's no big deal! I'll have to check out that valve cover gasket, either way a new gasket will be installed!
Haha I haven't meant to tease it and not show it, I just haven't done all that many pulls with it so far! I'll definitely post more about how it drives now that I've been able to service it and check everything over!
Definitely worth checking! That corner of the valve cover I pointed out does look wet though so I’m confident that’s my issue but I’ll check out that oring as well!
Probably too late but I’d guess it’s not a valve cover gasket problem but the timing chain tensioner gasket it’s in that corner oil is leaking just below the valve cover
i have a shop in the 414 area code if ur close come and visit me i would like to see ur car. heck on the next oil change i will let u trow it on the car rack and do a oil change. no charge.
What did you do to turbo the Corolla? Did you get New spark plugs ir what did you need to upgrade? Also what tuning software did you use on the computer?
On the front I jack it up by the tow hook in the middle and on the rear I jack it up around the part around the spare tire storage. There's a forum post about this that has good pictures of this here: www.toyotanation.com/threads/jack-stand-placement-for-07-corolla.1170026/ Hope this helps!
It's not, I've got a turbokits.com exhaust on the way. It's for a 10th gen Corolla not a 9th gen but I've searched around and I think it'll fit, I'll explain more in the install video!

I’ve got a catch can in it right now but it is pretty cheap and perhaps a bit small, will probably look into swapping in a higher quality one soon!
Right on man! Might need to reposition that intercooler piping. Looks like it's touching your oil pan.
Yeah it's touching a bit! It hasn't caused me issues so far but I'll get around to repositioning it!
Great video! Really enjoyed watching it :)
Thank so you much!
New year, better videos. Loving the consistency.
Thank you! Always gotta keep upping the levels!
Buddy you’re going places keep up the great content and footage love the intel you give, love the energy! 💪🏽💯
Thank you for the kind words!

will should expect an increase in crankcase pressure , with addition of turbo . Fix the oilpan
You're such a turbo tease! I want to see how this baby goes

@@WillChang no worries bro! Looking forward to seeing your next videos
There's a Fel Pro gasket available.
Mr chang when u jack the car up u put extra support incase the main jack release or something happens for safety and u got lazy not puttung the gloves
Grate content I have an o5 Corolla and I have been thinking about doing a turbo upgrade thx for everything
Glad you’re enjoying the videos, thank you for the kind words! Would be awesome to see your Corolla get a turbo!
The o-ring of the timing chain tensioner has leaked on every 1zz I've owned. Maybe is that instead of the valve cover gasket
Definitely worth checking! That corner of the valve cover I pointed out does look wet though so I’m confident that’s my issue but I’ll check out that oring as well!
Love the proyect👌🏼
Thank you very much!

If I'm in the area I'll let you know! Haven't been in Wisconsin for a while but I visit from time to time in the summer!
Coincidentally, HOA found an oil dump about 5 car's worth! Crazy huh
I swear it wasn't me! 😆
I’m your fan I have a 9 gen Corolla and I want to turbocharge my Corolla like you I love your videos 👍
That's awesome, would be super cool to see your Corolla turbocharged too! Thank you for the support!
should probably get a fumoto valve with the tubing unless you want to wipe that up every time. Maybe not enough clearance for the valve though.
I'm not sure if fumoto has a valve the right size for the moroso oil pan but if they do it would certainly be nice!

I'll move up there and just vibe, do oil changes. I'm also very teachable. I'm 20 yrs old and have nothing going for me
Are you going to do a under drive pulley on the crank?
At the minute I don't have plans to!
Mpg?
where do you jack up de car ? front and rear i have the same car and idk where are the jack points
