- Sorry for the little bit of clickbait on the title. Morena is more just another addition to the insane character of this arc, who will most likely never fight against Tserriednich but I can't help but compare the two. Once again please read the manga Togashi is a genius and you should get to experience his creation.

How can togashi keep up with the complexity and individuality of each charter he’s mind is truly one of a kind
Each arc of hunter hunter is so complex that it’s the only series I have to reread multiple times to understand some times and rereads are fun imo.
But common who wouldn’t want to re-read this master piece 😩😩😩🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼. And to think this is just the tip of the iceberg, we still have the dark continent and Gyro to explore after this arc 😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥.
He takes his time so that helps. It's probably the main reason you don't seem more stories like this in manga is because of the weekly release schedule that most of them get forced into. And it's interesting how a hunter hunter only really started to get good like this after the hiatuses started

Nen as a whole is definitely a top 3 power system. I just find the idea of being able to manifest your own abilities fascinating, conditions and contracts are also a nice touch.

Her ability is one of the strongest, but I feel like the single strongest ability currently is with Halkenberg, the symbiotic type in which he is unstoppable
only in a 1v1. He's one of the strongest who is most at risk
He literally has to be with his men. Any sneak or ambush ruins the ability.

I would much rather be in his position, his Nen beast might have something just as hax and he already has a very strong Specialist ability that is perfect for the games. It's because the Nen Halkenburgs circle jerk creates is Nanika levels of absurd that everyone was taken back.
Who do you think is currently the biggest threat to the first prince? Initially it was kurapikas camp but they know now he's objective in this succession war is to create a stalemate. 4th prince is busy learning nen. He has 24/7 surveillance on 2nd prince. 3rd prince isnt aggressive and prefers winning succession via wits. 5th prince hasnt made any moves and is busy getting her soldiers learn nen. The rest of the princes other then harkenburg are not really a threat. This can change anytime of course but for now Benjamin's assessment is correct harkenburg must be eliminated before he turns more of benjamins soldiers into weapons against him.
She's the strongest pyramid scheme leader ever
Her ability is like a character in a video game that starts really weak but becomes utterly unstoppable in the late-game. Her allies continuously grow in power and once her 22 subordinates gain LvL 20, she has an army of Nen users with different Nen abilities that now can easily go after other Nen users to quickly grow in levels, and for every one of her cult members that reaches LvL 100, her army will multiply. It's unfortunate for her she's stuck in the boat, because in the main land, as a Mafia leader, she wouldn't have too much trouble capturing 418 normal people so all her Subordinates could already start with a Nen ability and empowered aura levels and the snowballing effect would be ridiculous, play her cards right and she could easily rule the world.

I wouldn't say unfortunate for her at all, there are 200,000 people on the boat. Very few of them have probably heard of Nen. A boat out past the boundary of the known world crammed full of civilians is the perfect place to start creating an army, or at least getting her current gaggle to a considerable level. They just need to be selective with their kills so they don't come up against strong Nen users and get crushed.

I feel like after lots of fighting she's actually going to join up with Chrollo. Both have the Jesus and his disciples motif. He'll lose half "limbs" but he'll "steal" her ability and replenish the Spiders with her and the remaining gang members. Steal in quotes because I think she'll give him the skill. Be a waste if she just gets outright killed. I'd love if she were a menace in the background post SW. She's the only other villain with a goal that aligns with Gyro's.
Shizuku is obviously dying along with 1 more(think Franklin or Bone; likely Franklin because he's pretty much the groups emotional center) then the Zoldyck brothers will up and quit at some point.

well, first 20 are loyal, it may be hard to find likeminded in seconds generation and further. furthermore, if there appear too many of them there is good chance they will start targeting later generation pawns.
Realistically it’s dangerous to be able to give soldiers in a large army this much power if you can’t guarantee their direct loyalty to you. Really the fact that she can’t seem to limit who goes to max level (yet) or can only make 20 follows is a limit. In the world of HxH, a world filled with tricky smart or imaginative individuals, there are bound to be people who plan to game the system set in place. While she has the potential to create a powerful army of nen users there is potential to create powerful and effective traitors as well. Things could get interesting

It is "hax" in a traditional sense, but it really isn't that great. If it's ever found out it's useless, so being attacked by a group, killed before entering zetsu, or just getting captured, all successfully bypass her activation requirement. She's useless in combat and it doesn't really help her in the war other than preventing her from getting murdered in a specific scenario.
@@incidentlyaniguana2193 doesn't help? The goal is to be the last one standing. Pointless to torture her if you're goal is to kill her. And the fact that we don't know if she have another ability, meaning she might always be in zetsu. So even if you know her ability as a group, how do you kill her?
@@interviewwithdevin2902 For one you might could just have someone kill her, then kill them before her ability activates. Or just don't get hit by the cat's attack. It's assumedly powered up due to post mortem nen but I highly doubt someone like Hisoka would get killed by a nen beast. Also considering the cat has to be close enough to the attacker to kill them, and close enough to Camilla to inject her, you might just be able to snipe or poison her. To be clear, I think the ability itself is good, but in a death game relying on it so heavily isn't a good idea, since it has exploitable weaknesses.

Now what a level let’s say 50 kills the prince with that cat that lives a million lives, if their aura is so would the princes with the cat nen beast receive all that extra aura?

Nen is an expression of one’s self and a Hatsu will usually reflect that.
Not only is the 4th prince already so talented with Nen (having shown skill in learning at a level similar to Gon and Killua) but a specialist seems to be able to awaken abilities based on conditions
As for Hakenburg, his spirit beast granted him his Nen ability based off the princes will and skills (expert archer and great charisma). Spirit beast already unlock Nen potential in the people they guard, regardless if they know it or not, it’s just a prince with no knowledge can easily tire themselves due to their beast and be left vulnerable.
Still the whole “top tier of Nen abilities” is vague. Like what is the speed of the arrow and power of his armor when compared to someone like Meruem?
Assuming Meruem can’t or won’t dodge, the arrow can basically defeat Meruem.
Tserriednich is the most talented human Nen user in the series we know of. Not even Gon or Killua were anywhere close to that level within a span of weeks. They spent months at Heavens Arena and didn't even learn about Hatsu. Let alone create one and start to master it.
Halkenburgs arrow ability was stated to be unavoidable, the power comes from the loyalty his subordinates have for him, and when they gather together it subconsciously unlocks their Nen, multiplies it and uses it to power things like the Arrow. And yes I would argue it would definitely work on Meruem. Whilst Meruem had an inhumanely strong body that only really matters with physical attacks, and the arrow seems to be powered with Nen comparable to Nanika, which i would argue is the highest tier of Nen we have seen so far.
I also think that whilst Meruem had the potential to be the strongest if he had lived longer, I would assume their are Humans stronger than he was is the top 5 Nen users.

Im not saying whether the arrow would work on Meruem or not but Im comparing the ARrows speed to MEruem, as well as the armor Halkenburg can create around himself
Unless the Top 5 strongest Nen users have hated abilities that can either take out Meruem before he attacks, indirectly or defend against him long enough, Meruem isnt gonna get overpowered like Netero hoped he could do

@@aceclover758 As far as we know all Specialist abilities manifest subconsciously. Which is why even some people who are otherwise unawakened to Nen like Neon use them without consciously knowing what they are doing. I don't think there is an example in the story of someone 'making' a Specialist hatsu.
I think the point of the Arrow is that it is a sure hit attack regardless of speed or being blocked, which is why I would imagine it would also hit Meruem.

I feel like her ability is a reference to JoJo wear she acts as a golden arrow that gives her the ability to give people potential to weild supernatural abilities.
If you were to imply in any way regarding to someone level 50+ being stronger than a spider I think it's a bit off, each spider individually killed hundreds/thousands of people and many nen users so it's probably reverse

Gaining hatsu and gaining more aura does not mean shit in the HxH universe. It may sound too good on paper but knowing how to use your aura properly is what sets them apart from "real" nen users. Just think of those 22 soldiers as cheetu. They may develop an incredible hatsu, but knowing how to properly use nen not to mention fight a real nen battle is a different topic entirely.
true, id say gon is a bad nen user in terms of using hatsu, hes good at learning how to use nen types but not good at utilizing them like killua, his hatsu has really bad drawbacks and all it mostly does is just add abit more power to his normal ko usage

There is this one big hole in this story. If tserendick (whatever) is the boss of marina, how come he didnt know about nen?
People like morina are basically disowned from the family so the contact the two of them have is likely very minimal. But most likely with the kind of person she is, it’s unlikely she’d teach him about Nen. Also there’s a possibility she’s scared of his potential, or his mental state, basically couple reasons she wouldn’t teach him. However if they’re on good terms or even like each other, I agree it would be a plot hole.

@@anon3118 You're probably right. Might be a transmitter though, just because of "bacterial contamination" implying some from of microorganism type infection. Or more than likely a combination of them. It could definitely be explained without specialization, it's kind of similar to Knuckle's hakoware actually, emitter really makes sense.

@@alyzza1753 there’s no telling for sure, but I wouldn’t have my hopes up until hxh manga finishes, which may never happen. But considering new chapters are coming it’s possible the end will happen eventually. But as of now there isn’t even enough to make 1 full season of HxH without just stopping halfway through the story. There’s also the fact that what the story is, is not what a lot of hxh anime fans want, making it less likely an animation studio would bother animating it. Because in the manga it’s just people standing around and talking. Although to me and others it’s really interesting and has high stakes, a lot of people aren’t super interested in that, plus with gon and Killua no longer the main characters it also adds risk to people not wanting to watch it if the anime came back. So long story short the anime won’t be back for a long time if it ever does come.
Are you aware you contradicted yourself? She has a max of 23 including herself to her power, but then you go onto say she could have a massive army.... No she can't you literally said she can have 23 including herself, how are you going to turn 23 into a 10000+ army? If one person breaks away to form their own community she doesn't get access to that community to, as that person broke away meaning not completely loyal. That really would be broken as all hell, she'd just need to recruit as many people as possible... but there is a limit to how many she can have connected.
You’re right if one of her soldiers hit level 100 and break away to start their own community she would not technically control them. But what I was suggesting is that if any of her followers were to break away and start their own community, I believe it’s highly likely that the new group would still share Morenas goals and intentions. I also believe they’d still see her as their leader/top of the food chain. Of course new members could disagree or even fight Morena, but her current group are die hard loyal to her as far as we know. So I personally think it’s safe to assume her followers communities would continue that loyalty. But the size of these potential armies are more just to express how broken the ability is rather than something that will actually happen. Hopefully that clears up the contradiction.
