I have a black 2006 430. I have a tiny single car garage, and I live in an HOA complex of house's. When I retire in 3 yrs. I'm getting the hell out of Ca. A must have on a new house is a two car garage, so I can finally work on my own cars. Maybe I'll start making videos.
Those holes that look like they would a clutch cover it to hold the tool that keeps your engine from spinning when you work. I know this is important on the 360 to do a belt service but on the F430, I guess they just kept the design.
I agree with you, probably just left over from the 360. The 430 challenge car does have a cover there, I have actually purchased one for mine not that it really makes a difference. I know on the 355, The challenge cars came with timing belt guards, basically on a tract there's a lot of debris that gets kicked up, like tire marbles etc, last thing you want is those chunks getting into places where they could actually cause some damage, like in the 355 the timing belts are probably the most vulnerable part

sad to see the F355 go but a 430 is a great overall car and way more advanced so enjoy it
I think eventually I'll get another 355. For now I'll enjoy this, save up some money, make some vids...

F430 is way better than f355 and it gonna be like as good as Porsche 964 and ppl will realise it sooner
