In diesem Video zeige ich dir wie ich ein Whiskyglas aus Eschenholz drechsle. Das verwendete Eschenholz hat eine außergewöhnlich dunkle Verfärbung. Das könnte von einer Verletzung stammen, welche der Baum davon trug, als er noch beim Wachsen war.

@@woodworkingandi welcher Finish benutzen Sie, damit die Produkten auch geeignet sind für consumption von Getranke?

Ich habe in diesem Fall Leinölfirnis verwendet. Es kann nahezu jede Art von Pflanzenöl für das Finish verwendet werden. Gedacht ist das Gefäß jedoch eher als Dekoration als zur tatsächlichen Verwendung. Freundliche Grüße

Very nice cup, when you cut the grooves in the bottom edge, I was thinking yes burn in those grooves, but it isn't what you were thinking and that looks great the way you did it. Gonna subscribe to see more from you. Maybe you could help me also, I'll be back to turning again soon.
