I’ve been using several of these for years and they work great. BTW, if the “offline notification” toggle is turned “on” in settings, you’ll receive a push notification on your phone that informs you when the camera loses its internet connection.
how do you set up the 2 cameras????? its the same password?...i can set up just one,,,,give a hand to set up the second one,,,thank you
I just got one and it came with no stickers but I'm going to mount it my own way. It notifies me really good and I'm happy with the cost of it for what it does.

How to set up motion detector and notification
So when the HD option is showing means HD is active? Or when is showing SD is recording on HD? Im confuse with that feature
HD is HD and SD is SD. SD is lower bandwidth but also lower quality.
When you see SD, it means you’re recording on HD. When you see HD, it means it’s recording on SD.
how to use geeni camera without plugin . I just bought from Walmart . And wants to put on the window to see outside while i'm not home. I just bought from Walmart . But ! I realized when unplug the device doesn't work .

I just got mine from Canadian tier and I'm pissed cuz it isn't working. I'm returning mine not happy. Disappointed seeing ppl happy with theirs and yet mine won't connect or work; just blinks freaken red and when I do get blue it won't connect nor scan the dam barcode. What a waste

I was thinking to do the same. I was quoted 1100 for a dash cam to record during night time and yet having the risk of running the battery. I wanted options but I guess this ain't one
I bought two of them, and I cannot get a picture to play back of what is going on outside, then it says it is indoor or outdoor, when you just said it is for indoor.I cannot prevent or find the culpurits who did 3000 dollars of the car I had only had for three months, plus they did 3thousand dollars wortrh of damage to my car, Mine is a big disappointment.

No, not if its live. If you store content in the cloud there is a subscription but it wasn't available at the time of the review. I haven't checked if its available now.

Put a memory stick in Camera and you can view from home. No fee
if your cell phone is connected to wifi and you can't connect with the app, I would try hitting the reset button and try the installation process again. If that doesn't work you should call support or send the unit back and try another. Good luck!

Mine doesn’t update keeps failing on top of that you can’t use it without updating it so it’s a paperweight now.

I would hit the factory reset button. You'll be good.

Geeni sucks. my first camera connected without problems. When I tried to install a second and third camera they won't install. Tried everything and there is no help anywhere. All the same advice. nothing works. I like the quality and pay the monthly charge but need more than 1 camera and am tired of trying different cameras (In case the problem is the firmware).

Yes, you can be away and you dont have to configure anything on your home router. Very easy.
My playback feature stopped working after I switched phones.

Yes, the plan is active. They have two subscriptions. Monthly for 2.49 and yearly 19.99
My geeni camera is not connecting to my WIFI some reason and camera is 2.4ghz also my internet as well 2.4ghz too. Can you help me out please?

@@jannatulnipa9595 @boe brown I have found connecting via the qr code impossible. Instead I used the easy set up option. Look at the top left of the screen and change the mode from qr to easy.
@@ajanisgreat thank you for the input, I did try that and still couldnt seem to get it working. it says something about changing the wifi settings too, to 2.4 instead of 5 so i tried that as well but still couldnt seem to get it working. but hey, im no computer wiz haha
