Imagine being some German Squad standing their ground and all of a sudden they hear this sudden deep breathing, turn around and see some guy with a red lightsaber standing right behind them?
The MG42 in the squad: 🗿 Explaination: 1200 rounds per minute heading towards your way is still to stop with the force and if Vader use his saber and it will just melt the Bullets heading towards him turning the Bullets to molten metal at the force user.
Rip Vader, he may be able to stop lasers or even deflect em whit the laser sword, but he cant stop 1,200 rounds/min from 1 gun (lets not talk about a whole squad)
I liked the video, but you guys made a mistake on how Darth Vader would have faired in that attack. 1 soldier with a machine gun shooting metal slugs would over come Darth Vader's defenses very quickly. The light saber would cause some the metal to melt and spray all over Darth Vader himself. The rest of the bullets would have torn through the sith lord. Either killing him, or putting him out of the battle indefinitely.
Imagine Germany were very inventive at that time, what if they made improvements to the Empire's weapons? starting with a ball, turning into a laser, what an awesome game that would be

If this would of actually happened in real life, the Germans would of wiped them out,if you had the Germans able to destroy those small walkers with just the Panzerschreck, with all heavier firepower they had they would of destroyed all those larger walkers also, specially with those what 11 inch Naval guns at point blank,also Darth Vader would of been killed also.

Pretty accurate for the German firepower. Smart of the AT-ATs to take out the Tigers and the 88s from long range but as soon as the AT-STs got close, their armor was no match for a point blank Panzerfaust. In the end…it was stormtroopers fighting stormtroopers
It wouldn't be a fight if it was 24th Starfleet vs The Empire. Starfleet has taken on the Borg, Cardasssians and the Dominion. Super Earth's Federation SEAF is on par with Star Trek's Starfleet with just its Helldivers alone. They'd clean up the Imps too.

What could happen as a last resort is place a P-1000 Ratte mega tank at the back of the fortress as the final last line of defense for the Germans. That was an awesome battle! The Germans held the line really well.

1. It is actually impressive that the side with WW2 tech is doing any kind of damage.... 2. Vader seems to be ignoring gunfire, but I can almost imagine him doing "Neo from The Matrix" moves stopping them in Mid Air, or even redirecting them.
The game is Gates of Hell: Ostfront (not MOWAS 2 as the automatic TH-cam reccomendation pretends), I can't recommend it enough. It just got a sound an performance update a few days ago. Great video btw.

It's not surprising that The Empire won this battle. Although, in my book if The Empire had around 4-5 AT-ST's, 3-4 AT-AT's, 1-2 HAVw A6's & 500-1000 Storm Troopers more in their arsenal, my bet would be it would have been a total victory for The Empire hands down. Still I enjoyed the battle as it was, awesome job on making WarfareGaming and to every one ells in helping the video extremely enjoyable.
