Story 1 gets worse. So much worse.
Apparently the murderer was meticulous. They were having marital and financial issues in the home. He rigged canisters of carbon monoxide to feed into their bedroom and the children’s room. He ordered the canisters to a friend’s house to prevent the family becoming suspicious, and locked all the doors and windows before pumping the gas in. Maria, Eliza, and Martin died in their beds.
The murderer was found face down in the hallway near the family dog, Tequila. Prior to the murders, he sent 3K to a 17 year old in the Philippines he was having an affair with. A packed suitcase was also found in the home but because he traveled so often for work (at least monthly), it wasn’t definitive proof that he didn’t intend to kill himself.

I'm glad that schools actually acknowledge student deaths. When there was a suicide at my school, the teachers didn't say anything. There was nothing, but everyone was sad. I hadn't even met her and I still cried several times.

When I was in grade 12, our principal took her own life. She was an amazing woman and knew each of the students by name. At first we werent told what happened, just that she passed away suddenly during the night. I sang at her funeral, which was on Christmas Eve and could barely finish the song because I was crying. It was ten years ago this past December and I know her former students and I’m sure her family also still feel that loss. RIP Mrs R. You restored so many people’s faith in the education system through your compassion and attention to everyone who walked through those doors. It’s often true that the kindest people are the ones with struggles we’ll never know.

I wasn’t alive at the time but I know the story because the victim was my aunt. She was only 14 and went to the same school as I go to.
My aunt was disabled. She had to be pushed in a wheelchair by my grandmother. One day the family went to Disney world. A truck came by in the parking lot and hit my aunt and dad. My dad is still ok but my aunt sadly died. The school knew about this and built a memorial for her. I take the time to look at it every time I pass by.

My senior year in high school we had a veteran teacher. Great guy. He was so down to earth. I think he was 50ish, white male.
He talked to all of us like humans but was strict and fun at the same time. He’d buy us treats and stuff.
One day we got into class and he wasn’t there. He was always there early.
Another teacher was there, she was a bit annoying but was good at heart. Her and the principal, assist prin and other authority figures where there.
Turns out, his daughter died in a car accident. She died in the hospital from what I remember. She was in her early 20s i think.
He came back 1 week later…a full week he came back, and he did his best to keep it together and he did a great job at it. But we all knew he was hurting. And eventually, he left the school. We were told that he just saw his daughter every time he saw the kids in the school, mainly his class. And it was too much, so he retired early.
I think about him often. I truly wish and hope he’s doing better now.

Let me explain. The Skull Breaker challenge started on TikTok. It involves 3 people standing side-by-side. When the person in the middle jumps up, the other two sweep the middle person's leg, causing them to fall back and slam their head into the floor.
There was also the Cinnamon Challenge (eating an entire spoonful of cinnamon), the Blackout Challenge (choking yourself or another to the point of passing out), Kia Boys Challenge (stealings cars), and perhaps the most dangerous one being "Angel of Death" (jump in front of a moving car, hoping it stops in time).

Our incident was a guy who had anger issues, who was kind of my friend would constantly “escape” the school, aka he would run to the end of the field, and climb the fence, he did it so often he was banned from the field, and they had to have a yard duty there during lunch and recess. He was always a very angry kid, and was known to explode at people, and hit, yell, and throw things at you.
Later on that kid went on to S/A me several times and one of my friends, the only punishment he got was getting kicked out of our school for threatening to kill me/shoot up the school, though this was not an “incident” as nobody really knows it even happened in the first place

We had an Alex… Back in the mid 80s, I was attending an elementary school in a small city. (Completely built up now). So most of the kids had been to school for years. In grade 6 (age 10-11) in the last half of that school year-maybe march; Alex began to attend grade 6. Today, Alex would have been diagnosed as ADHD or on the spectrum, but these were words weren’t known then. Alex was a handful. He could not sit in his seat, could not follow directions, and would act inappropriately. Now, this small, wiry, spastic kid was a combination of Dennis the Menace, Calvin, and the Joker from Batman!
The incident: Alex was driving our teacher nuts one afternoon. Our teacher finally had enough and hung him up on the BLACKBOARD!!! But Alex was just letting loose, so hum and the principal put him in the janitors room (I know! I know! Couldn’t be done today!!!) From here Alex would run amok through the school; the teachers just kept putting him back. Finally it was quiet. THEN WE HEARD IT: FOOTSTPS ON THE ROOF!!!
In the janitor’s room was the roof access ladder and hatch. It was padlocked with a big lock!! Alex broke it. And now Alex is racing all over the roof, where he ended keeping everyone at bay by threatening to jump (3 stories high). Then the dismissal ball rang. A bunch of us stayed to watch for a bit. By the time my siblings and I left, there were at least 4 police cars, 2 fire trucks, 1 ambulance. The next day Alex was not at school; never to return.
The next year we went to a school in a much bigger city for a one day visit. The school was as least 4 stories, and built of stone. Turns out is used to be an old RCMP detachment. We just stood there in awe, looking up. It also had thick iron bars on the windows. One of the kids looking up said: Holy crap! Alex must have been here!! We all laughed so hard!
Hope you are doing well Alex, take care!

Not one school but a school district. The 2021-2022 school year was an absolute dumpster fire all around, but on top of that, there were three major tragedies connected to our schools that school year.
My school's kindergarten teacher had come in early to get her classroom set up, because she needed to use our last teacher work day before school began to drive her oldest daughter up to college to start her freshman year. Both she and her daughter were k*lled in a horrible car accident on their way there. We weren't able to tell any of the children or families until the end of the second or third day of school. (We had to get consent from her husband.) It's a pretty small school and serves students from grades TK-8, so many of our families were impacted in addition to our staff. Our principal was dealing with her own family emergency, so we had district personnel on campus, including counselors, to provide support. It was a hell of a week.
2-3 months later, the school social worker at another school was also k*lled in a car accident.
At the very end of the same school year, a mother of six (three of whom were students in our district) was m*d by her estranged husband. A security guard who tried to intervene was k*lled before the man shot the mother then turned the gun on himself. The security guard's intervention gave the kids time to get away, but the oldest daughter saw the whole thing. She was only 10.

I had a vanilla experience at school so I’m going to mention some things that I consider above the usual gossip
    1. The school lost power for a couple of days because someone stole some wire that led to the school complex
    2. A couple of 8th graders (at the time) made out in the back of a bus on a field trip
    3. Had a lockdown for a few hours because drugs were found in a locker room at the high school next door
    4. Knew a friendly kid (who we will call N) that has went through bullying. One example was when another kid broke his glasses during lunch.
    5. During the 8th grade, the music teacher and one of the state history teachers gave N and his autism a hard time. The pandemic did not really help.
If you are wondering about N, he is doing ok, taking care of his father who is recovering from leukemia. He is also the one who brought you this comment.

The only school incident that happened to me was in my middle school, where my best friend was relentlessly bullied all year that year and the school did nothing about it no matter what she did so eventually she got angry to the point where she made a "list" and someone found it and reported it, the worst part is that everyone thought she was the type of person to act on it, (She isn't) but she wasn't the best towards people she didn't know, but if you knew her she is nice and funny so she got suspended and couldn't go back to the school the next year.
Edit: I don't know if this fully counts but it's the only one I have

Number 1. Good that the dads here joined forces and began to talk. We men have to talk more how we feel and all that! I live with depression and anxiety myself and I get good help with this. Please all men here: talk how you feel and get help if needed! Reach out! And to all else: please talk to those who feel this way! And read about mental illnesses! I have saved lives just making people promise that they get professional help!

I’m gonna give something wholesome here I don’t think this counts as an incident but hey never hurts to at least have something wholesome to help. Back in middle school a teacher found a little kitten I believe under a car or something similar (some memories are a bit fuzzy) fortunately the kitten was not hurt and seemed in an okay state! So during the school day they let the kitten stay in the school’s small courtyard and at certain points of the day when students are switching classes a group could be seen trying to look at the cat and admire in awe at it (I’m one of those guilty few), we even took a small break from our science lesson to look at the said kitten. In the end my science teacher decides to take the kitten home and it seems to be thriving and happy!

Not the school where I was at but one at the same town in Germany. The school was called Bunsen Gymnasium. It was a tradition for pupils who passed their final exams to play some kind of prank to the school. At that year the prank was to steal the N out of that name which turned the name of the school into Busengymnasium (for those who don't speak German: Busen is the German word for female breasts) Their principal made matters worst by freaking out over the entire thing and threaten sueing whoever did that prank and to make sure the would get a criminal record which lead to nobody admitting to the prank thus nobody ever revealed where that N was being hiden. After the school being callen breastschool for some months the thing ended up in the newspaper and local TV. At that point it became absolutely clear that nobody would ever return that N - so the name stood like that for an entire year untill they finally bought a new letter to fix it.

There were two incidents that occurred at my high school. The first incident occurred in my freshman year of high school. The seniors who were graduating in 2016 did their senior prank. They decided to tape certain doors shut, which was kind of funny. The second prank they did caused senior pranks to be banned at my high school. The seniors decided to steal the principle's bike, resulting in no one being able to do a senior prank.
The second incident at my high school occurred in my junior year in the fall of 2017. Everyone at my school noticed a strange smell throughout the third floor of Healy (my high school has two buildings). I was busy working at my internship for the VA Medical Center, when my friend from middle school asked me if I saw my high school on the local news. Turned out, my high school had to be evacuated due to the strange smell. The smell came from a pumpkin spice air freshener that was place near a heater. Three people were taken to the hospital, two students and a teacher. All three recovered. (The high school I went to is a Catholic high school)

I think I told this story already but if not, here goes.
This happened between 8-10th grade (I can't exactly remember). We had a kid with autism although he didn't have his papers that he's on the spectrum. He wasn't treated and we didn't have special classes for people with conditions such as these and his parents were strict but still protective somehow. Once we saw her mother chasing him in the school parking lot for getting a 3 (equivalent of a C). He threw tantrums for the smallest of things. Looking back he wasn't at fault for that and maybe his lies were too for protecting himself from her mother partly (I remember his malicious smile after the incident). So the story: we were waiting for the art teacher to open the classroom. Guy was standing around the door coughing without covering his mouth. This was going on for 3 weeks as he was getting to school on bike in the middle of december. 3 friends and I approached him and asked nicely to cover his mouth when coughing. His answer was coughing into my face as I made the request. I yelled some profanity at him and pushed him away. He tried to push me away but he couldn't, tried to spit at me and covered the floor with spit. He threw an enormous tantrum, yelling for a solid 15 minutes and kicking the wood paneling on the wall so loud it could be heard on the other side of the school (small school). We thought this was it, passing as all his tantrums were. Then my mom gets a call in the afternoon from my friends mom. She couldn't believe his son what happened and needed confirmation. She got it. They planned that they will finally give a complaint to the school about the kid (he always did some crap and this was his 7th or 9th last chance and yes we counted). Instead the next morning the four of us got pulled in the principals office one by one and being not questioned but interrogated. The 4 of us told the same story but oh no, we were lying because the poor kid told his mom that we went to him and started kicking him for no reason. They told us that they'll get an investigator on the case.
He wasn't even bullied because everyone even teasing him got pulled to the principals office. It was so convenient for the kid. When he was belittled we were told that he's normal (no papers about being on the spectrum) and when we acted like he's not autistic we were scorned that poor kid is obviously autistic, care for him. In 10th grade he finally went to a psychiatrist for examination. He would have been on a 6 week examination but his mother pulled him out after 2 weeks as he didn't show anything serious that could be registered as a mental illness in my country because he was observed ALONE. Yeah, sure no stimulation will show results about him having problems with interacting and acting around other people. He was pulled out of our school in 11th grade after a small incident by her mom and stating that the school hates him and ostracizes him (like giving him 13 last chances was everyone hating him).
And before I forget I have no dislike/hate against people on the spectrum, this kid was obviously mistreated by his parents and treating him as a special kid by the school was just oil on the fire.

Mine was told by my mother. Apparently, my school (which was also attended by my brother and sister) had a seminar/conference in regards to mental health.
    Why?
Because every year, there would be at least 1 student or alumni who commits su*cide. One of them was apparently a batchmate of my older brother who previously visited our house (once?).
From what I remember what my mother told me was that, She wanted to study a different course in college and from a lower level college as the stress from a top level college was more than she could handle. I forgot if her parents denied her or she was pressured from guilt to continue her degree but in the end, she couldn't take it anymore and just took her own life.

I have multiple instances of incedents dating all the way back to 3rd grade.
1- we had a mountain lion just casually roaming school grounds while school was in session. We just had a casual lock in so school was normal exept no going outside.
2- in 5th grade we had a psychotic woman going around threatening to recreate columbine ( if you're wondering at columbine is a high school in Colorado that had a massive shooting and many people died) and what was worse is she was seen running naked less than a mile from my school, so we were put on lock in, so school still functioned semi-normal.
3- 8th grade we had a student threaten to shoot up the school and he actually hid a gun at the school
4- 9th grade we had a shooting threat made and nobody showed up for school. The people who did (me included) got a free day in every class
5- 9th grade again we had people actively shooting just blocks away from the school.
    Yeah, school's been pretty insane

Second is the school suspended all the night activities including but not limited to the prom and cultural festival, because of the high pregnancy rate the year before, it work for our graduating batch as no one in our class got pregnant, but someone in the junior year got pregnant and the school try to cover it up, we got to know this as we are in the same theater group as the pregnant girl.

I have two stories that was big, an incident and a scandal. The first happened my sophomore year of high school, a junior had drowned when he and friends went swimming over a weekend. Sadly he wasn’t the only death of the four years of school but the only one that was on the news. The second story happened before I finished high school but came out during the Covid-19 locked down and when I graduated, the soccer coach sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl who he coach. I didn’t learn about till my mom told me when she was informed about it. My school had a lot of things happened but those were the biggest things that I learned about.

My school was chaos. Security had to tackle down a screaming guy once. Another time three entire schools went full lockdown because some kid robbed another kid outside of the Fred meyers grocery thst sat in between the three schools. And someone he affiliated with was let in the school I heard. Cuz you can pound on any door thst my school has and be let in. And so three schools on lockdown for one kid. Stick in the English class for so long. Some kid played fucking music from his phone the whole time.
Crows got in the school on occasion. Nothing done. Kids went to class as normal. Door they came in held open and other ways deeper into the school closed off exempt when a kid needed to use thst door.
Comp sci teacher ordered 800 dollars of technology from Amazon that was broken on arrival and returned or something like that. Wanted his more advanced classes to fix them. Amazon sent boxes of everything but technology. Room filled with shit for the rest of the year. Got a sweet pack of smong us stickers from there tho cuz the teacher diddnt care and you could take stuff
Hishschool was hell for me. Hell. But it wasn’t hell cuz hell would’ve been better than school because he’ll isn’t school.
Don’t miss it have ptsd from it.
    Tldr school was a nuthouse.

XD Which one is "the incident" we had multiple incidents every year... there was a couple suicide, a group of gang members that rushed the school for a kid that was stopped by the teachers. gang members hanging out by the gates with knives, a personal one where my girlfriend was hit by a bus. false fire alarms every week because kids kept pulling them. the list goes on...
edit: just remembered a good one, it was winter, -5c. my school, being as strict as it was with all the bad stuff that happened, stayed open when the heating was broken. I was one of 5 people in every class. let's say it was a very fun and freezing day ending in a couple people with hypothermia because "nobody can wear jackets inside" while all we did was play on computers.
Edit 2: I was good friends with a kid, he was fairly quiet but was an average fun person. I spent a few days over the few months I was friends with him going out to the local fish and chip shop where he bought me some food and we hung out and played. Turns out a few weeks after we stopped hanging out that he was messaging the sister of another one of his friends. She was 10 and was convinced to send nude pictures of herself. he got put on the sex offender registry at the age of 15. no idea what happened to him. The last I saw of him, he was keeping on the DL, usually in the corner of the field (quite literally staying in the shadows). I think he ended up changing schools.
okay okay, I'm done listing these. They're just popping up as I continue to watch this episode.

for me it could be a teacher supplying kids (one of which was the child of the princeipal and they were seniors) with no no grass and was then fired. someone sh!tting on the floor next to the toilet. the flag flying half way onto the roof on a windy day. and finally someone went into the third floor bathroom and hung a roll of tp out the window.

Officer W reminds me of my school officer (he was a bit of a teacher teaching classes like forensics). From what I could tell he was well like and I like he too. Everyone called him 'OD (his last name started with an D) and he fully embraced this nickname. Our school held prep rallies every year and on year OD raped. I found it a little cringe but I can barely stand certain ridiculous things so that's just my opinion. I really respected him though and he seemed to have that same kind of respect for me. One of the classes he taught was crime scene stuff and he told my whole class that if we broke out the super gulue chamber I would be the one running it. One time he actually left the class and left me in charge of the computer playing videos.
He was a fun guy and had a lot of stories to tell and I for sure will always remember him and I have a lot of respect for police officers because of him.

A pseudo funny incident (the victim could have expired had things gone horribly wrong) at my high school in shop class. The instructor's nickname was Wild Man so, of course the students loved him. One day the students took a chain hoist, wrapped it around his neck several times (the dangerous point) and through his legs up to his chest. I don't know how long he hung there but long enough the principal and another teacher became involved in a game of keep-away with the students. I don't think there were any punishments handed. The Legend of Wild Man became a part of school history. 😂

This didn't happen at my school, but at the high school my brothers attended. I remember one day in music class (I think I was in 7th grade), our teacher told us a story about a student I believe they knew. He was a good kid who was doing well in his classes. One day he borrows a laptop from the school to do some work and later returns it. However, the laptop was reported missing and since he was the last person who had it, the situation was pinned on him. Apparently if the laptop wasn't returned to the school, administration wouldn't let him graduate (it was his senior year and I believe this happened a month or two out from graduation). The kid ended up taking his own life by driving his car into the concrete divider on the freeway. No clue if they ever figured out what happened to the laptop.

Just heard the first story but no the father deserves no sympathy, as someone who is disabled this is horrible. This happens so often, a parent murders their disabled children and they are the ones that get all the sympathy because we are seen as burdens to society.
I understand that men don’t get enough mental health help but fuck, he made a gas chamber, a damn gas chamber, that’s so messed up. He is a murder and deserves to be treated as such.
We deserve to live, we deserve not to be seen as burdens, we deserve to not be killed just for existing. The father is not a victim, his children are the victims.
I’m glad that at least they were mourned and remember by, but that’s not something their father deserved.
Edit: also you should really change that thumbnail, I know they have to look like clickbait but that’s not appropriate at all.

TL;DR - An 8th grader at my junior high school made a school shooting threat a week before Christmas break.
About a year ago, I was in the 7th grade. I had chosen choir as an elective class, and our concert was the night that it happened.
My dad got a text from the Superintendent, got up and left mysteriously. He drove himself to the school to find the Superintendent, his assistant principal and an 8th grader we'll call Edge.
I had met Edge a couple months prior to the incident, and I could tell something was off about him. His overall demeanor threw something off to me, but I digress.
That night, he had pinged all his friends on social media saying, "Don't come to school tomorrow." Pinned alongside a picture of him with a gun. Luckily, nothing happened, but many of us were on edge that day (no pun intended).
This isn't over, though. One of the teachers come forward a few months later and collaborated with Edge's parents to try and get him back into school after his long-term suspension. Of course, the administration fought back, but after enough arguing, my dad folded over and let him come back, but with a very specific and strict contract between them.
Nothing ever happened after that, but I will still remember this as one of the most stressful and anger-inducing times of my fairly short live.

Mine was alot more benign. When i was in highschool i loved chemistry class, it probably helped that i had a crush on the teacher. Well one day, i'm not sure why, on the test that was handed out instead of writing down the answers i just drew stick figures for each answer. I don't remember most of them, but one of them was a cowboy riding a nuke falling towards terrorist's hut. But the one that got me in trouble was the stick figure that was holding a gun to the back of another stick figure's head execution style. The one with the gun said "give me an A or the stick figure gets it" while the one on his knees said "please listen to him I have a wife and 3 kids". Well i turned it in and did hear anything about it for a month, but a month after i turned it in i was called to the school psychologist. This was a WHOLE MONTH LATER, i had forgotten about that test and had no idea why i was there. Well they brought in a police officer who then searched me and escorted me off campus. I was suspended for a week. Well i cam back a week later, went up to my friends at lunch and they were like "hey man where have you been, some kid got escorted off campus by the police". I end up explaining to them that was me who was escorted and why do you think i was gone for a week.

I have two incidents (there were many more but these are the two I remembered most), but before that I apologize for my writing I'm a double dyslexic. I also want go put a warning both of the storys involve suicide.
The first one was in 4th grade (my class is in 10th now) there was this one boy (not in my class but in my grade and I had a few classes with him when we were younger) he was severely bullied. He only had a few friends. One day over holiday break (Christmas I think) we saw a post about him, he was found hung by a rope in his basement. Suicide. At the time everyone was devastated he had always been kind to those who showed him kindness. He had two loving parents and a younger sister two years behind us. There was a memorial out side the school at the time (the building for 3rd, 4th, and 5th next to that the middle school and across the street from that was the high school) it had been there for a few years to remember the ones who had passed during their time in the district (k-12) his name was put on one of the stones there.
The second was when we were in 6th grade. I was in a girl scout troop with her very nice and caring person loved by everyone.
We weren't close but she was my friend. I don't know what was going on in her home life but this was when COVID-19 started shutting down school in the US. One day my neighbour also friend was passing by her house when there was a fire truck, police car, and ambulance outside and before long med flight. My friend began to pray for her and her family's safety, but by then unknown to everyone but her family and emergency services staff it was too late. I didn't know of anything until the next day my mother comes into my room crying. My mother just hugs me and can't speak for a moment. "I'm so sorry, but Rowan is gone." From what I know she died in her backyard she had a swing chain wrapped around her neck. This was also declared a suicide. We mourned her death for days people brought flowers to her family's (an older sister and her two parents) front step and her name was also added to the memorial.
Even now many years later we can't hear either of their names without thinking of them. I still pass the memorial and pay my respects.
    Charlie, Rowan rest in peace.

For context I'm not a big guy, (5'8 200lbs) but I'm strong, from my job and have an anvil for a right hand, I was able whip most kids in my school, I never got a chance to tangle with the 'jocks' (I can take on 3 but after that it's hard to hold my own) others except one (we'll call him Joe), he was an ass to since grade 5, we'd got into a few scraps and he was the only guy I have been able to mop the floor with inside of 5 minutes, so I've got a rep for sticking up for the kids in my school that can't, I've still got an overly friendly demeanor, won't hit first but will hit back (hard) the other guy had a rep as being a psycho, we're both 'feared' in the sense that everyone knows not to get in between me and whoever we're fighting (I accidentally broke our gym teachers nose) so the 'incident' Was this: our math teacher left the class and Joe started to have 'contact' with a girl (not consensual), so I walked over and told him to cool it, a fight ensued that tore up 3 classrooms, 1/2 the cafeteria and multiple injuries, just ours, I ended up ramming my shoulder into his gut and charging him through the window in the cafeteria, that's where he finally stopped fighting (this is in northern Canada and no reproctions were followed up on me, Joe was sent to prison stat R, I volunteered to come in Saturday and clean up our mess

Alright, I could include two fatalities during my junior and senior years. Yet, they occurred outside of school. In addition, I've already mentioned 9/11 and the bomb threats. But I'll leave them for another time.
This occurred on campus, and I witnessed it firsthand.
I was in biology class during my freshman year. It happened in one of those science classes. This is critical.
Two girls burst into the classroom, fighting. Rumor had it that the white girl mentioned something about the Los Angeles Riots, which occurred a decade before. I knew the black girl, who had migrated to Massachusetts as a child. She was born and raised in California. It was one of those rumors that stuck.
Well, these two gals barged into class and started fighting like mad. Because there was no way out of the classroom, including myself, we retreated to the back.
Only a handful cheered on the females. There was some glassware because it was a science classroom. They shattered some of the glassware and made weapons out of the fragments. There was a lot of blood flying around. Nevertheless, our biology teacher, whom we nicknamed Poppins, placed her lesson plan on her desk and headed to the fighters. We nicknamed the teacher Poppins because she resembled Mary Poppins. Despite the slicing, Poppins simply stepped up to the fighters and grabbed them. Poppins didn't let go and led the way to the nearest vice principal's office, which was across the hall. School administrators had previously been contacted. Poppins never fitch. We just stared at the mess when the teachers left. Many people decided to tidy up some of the debris until the janitors came.
We were instructed to proceed to the next room, which was unoccupied. Poppins appeared in the classroom as we were, her wounds bandaged. Poppins immediately resumed her lesson as if nothing had happened. We remained silent for the rest of the class hour. The students were suspended from school. The legend was still being told after roughly 21 years.

In 10th grade (a guy in my grade that I’ve known since 5th grade from classes) a guy got caught at school with 55 hits of LSD and didn’t find out about it until the next day but there was over 60 police cars in our bus pickup lanes when I was coming back from lunch to see the insanity. Everyone was wondering what took place the day before and this was before Columbine school shooting took place by a year or two. The word went around the school like wildfire about the guy with that stuff and the majority of people had no idea he was even into that kind of thing.

50 years ago, 2nd grade. We had a classmate who would probably have been diagnosed with ADHD today. She kept talking in class. The teacher had enough. She took a roll of masking tape, taped the girl's ankles, hands behind her back and her mouth shut. She made the girl bend over and she broke a wooden ruler (mine) on her butt. We never told. Respect your elders.🤬
Edit: something even worse happened around that time. A classmate, we were about 10 years old at the time, was kidnapped from the public swimming pool, r@ped and m*rdered by 2 men. 1 ended up in prison. The other walks the streets of my town to this day. He was fingered by the one that ultimately took a plea deal to escape the death penalty. However, the townspeople had their killer and never took him seriously. I cringe every time I see the free man. I console myself with the hope that there is a special place in hell for those 2.

The fact that multiple reports of the harassing kid got ignored begs one question in my eyes... How well did he do in school?
This comes to mind because I was an intelligent student, the type who didn't pay attention in class but aced my tests anyway.
I'm from the UK and how it works there is a suspension is temporary whereas being expelled is permanent. (I think these terms are used differently in some places.)
It's a three strikes and your out system. So three suspensions, then you're expelled.
I got suspended 14 times before they gave up on me and expelled me.
Because regardless of my behaviour, my presence was good for the schools reports.
I'd be taking a VERY close look at that school and why this kid was allowed to be an obvious threat to those around him.
An oversight? Or disgusting corruption? 🤔

Unfortunately some students wanted to risk crossing the fast roads. A girl from our school (only 15) crossed the road with two of her friends. They were all hit by a car going 60 mph. they were all put in intensive care but unfortunately she died. The other two were in comas but I believe they lived.

My school (year 6-9) once a year let people dissect frogs for biology. Not all students liked that, so before the frogs could be killed (they were killed before being handed to the students for dissection), some students released them and suddenly there were about 80 frogs loose in the school. Hilarious! But not for the teachers and maintenance guy XD

It was described as a riot. We ended up having about a week off of school because of it. Late that year there was anther fight at the gym that had the police called in. The thumbnail itself reminded me of my former school incident. A girl I was in athletics with stopped showing up one day, I didn’t really know her, but a week later a group of people showed up one day on a specific holiday in shirts with her face on it. I and many others that day found out she had killed herself. Most I heard being talked about sadly wasn’t mourning or feeling sorry, it was actually people taking bets and guessing how she killed herself. Was really messed up hearing it all, but I think she had hung herself against her locked bedroom door. There never was a real answer and that’s honestly for the best. People just treated it like the murder mystery entertainment of the year.

Sadly in regards to story 22. I witnessed the reverse of this but racism rather than sexism.
I had a neural divergent best friend, C, who is of Nordic heritage.
One day a number of African American classmates accused C of making racist insults of threats. I spent most of my time with C and had never once heard him say anything racial, so I took his side. The school took the accusations seriously, put out email which all bit named him. He was further shunned and bullied, he was already a bit isolated due to being neural divergent. The school was about ready to expell him, when one of the accusers, A, confessed it was all made up as they did not like C. Investigation was dropped and nothing was done. No retraction. C was homeschooled the following year as his parents were furious and A was isolated. The rest of the accusers were fine in the school. They even did the same thing the following year and got a bus driver fired.
This unfortunately left me jaded and angry for a while, thankfully I changed schools later and my parents reinforced that racism is real and that although false accusations do occur, racism is a major problem which should not be discounted. But for the wisdom of my parents I could have gone down a terrible path because of this incident.
Group conspiracies do happen I witnessed them. So in story 22 I don't blame the administrators, because people lie and people lie in concert with each other. Thankfully enough evidence was found to expell the AH in story 22.

I have two stories. I’ll start with the lesser story. There was a rumor that a teacher/coach at our school, this would be high school, was dating one of the female students. There was no proof, so nothing ever came of it. As it happens though, a year after, the student graduated. The teacher had gotten a divorce, and was now married to the student. The second story is the crazy one. A girl I went to school with, can’t remember if we were in the same grade, or if she was in the grade, a head of me. This was 25 years ago, so it’s kind a hard to remember. Anyway, she was murdered. I haven’t gotten to the crazy part yet. She went out on a date with a guy who brought his friend along. The friend was a local to the area. On the date, they got her drunk, and sexually assaulted her. Then they murdered her. Where it really gets crazy is they were cannibals. When they were caught, they were found with her calf muscle, and were getting ready to cook it. i’m pretty sure it was national news. There was even a book written about it. The name of the book is Flesh Collectors.

My “incident’ if you’re doing another one of these:
One time, apparently, a kid spray-painted a shwastika (probably butchering that spelling) in one of the bathrooms, earlier this year

Oh yeah! There was also the homecoming dance. So, it was all well and good at first. I’m having a nice time and I go to get some water. Suddenly, there’s this *stampede* of students running outside. I don’t think anyone was hurt in said stampede, thankfully. So then everyone is outside. I don’t know why. Some students say there’s a gun or something. However, the general consensus from teachers and security is that there is a fight outside and everyone is running out to watch. I remain inside. My friend does not. I cannot find her and look around. Turns out, the teachers won’t let anybody who ran outside back in.
First homecoming! I did have a nice time, though. Also one of the photo props was this terrifying realistic-ish horse mask thing that I got to use as a hand puppet for a couple photos, so that was nice.

I though the skull breaker challenge was a ridiculous challenge from La Rosa de Guadalupe that was invented for the show only.

10:19 What does "feeling froggy jump" mean? Is it a ridiculous euphemism, poorly translated, or a British/Aussie saying? I literally don't have a good guess for what it means.

Race gang riot/fight that was happening near one of the main exits so the school blocked that side and had everyone go out the other exit. The problem is that was the only preventative measures that happened and thats were the majority of kids lived so most walked around the perimeter and into the mess anyway.
Also a drive by threat that moved our school events from outside to the cramped gym.

The incident with my graduating class was the yearbook teacher that got fired because he had a relationship with a student… to be fair, they did get married and had a family and 25 years later are still together, so that counts for something I think…
My daughter graduated from the same high school I did and her incident wise this couple that filmed themselves getting busy on at the stage in the auditorium and video circulated around school. Both kids were expelled and the person who shot the video Also got suspended.

It wasn't a "school incident" as it never went beyond our class incident (I'll never know why). I think it was my first or second year of high school, there was this popular girl (let's call her A) in our class, I don't think she was really mean to anyone, pretty laid back. As she was also pretty she called the attention of various guys and that was something that another classmate didn't like (let's call her B). She was, truth be told, kind of weird (I mean she growled like a cat at me once when we were kids, because she was jealous of something, that's a pattern so pay attention) and she really wanted attention. She had a tough family life, so I really never blamed her for being a bit off, but that was until the "incident".
We were on our break, our classrooms were on the second floor and we were outside on the yard. Well, all went normal, when the break ended, and while going upstairs we started smelling smoke, upon realizing the smoke was coming from our classroom, a teacher was already there trying to stinguish the fire that started a while back. Fortunately, everything was dealt fast and it didn't spread to the, you know, rest of the f**ing school. Only by luck really, a quiet kid in our class wanted to enter class before the break ended, so he was able to call for help.
Aparently, B soaked A's backpack with diesel (yes, diesel!) and light it on fire. This happened because B was jealous of all the attention A was getting from boys, I mean she couldn't handle it, and it lead to that.
The most ridiculous thing of all, is that B never dealt with any real repercussions in our school, they made her apologize, had to buy A's new materials and writing all the notes lost. And A received an apology and the gift of be in the same class with B for the rest of the year.
    Yeah...

This is definitely a good example of why you shouldn't comment on narrations. No it isn't as easy as just 'talk to someone else, there IS someone else.' Resources, availability, personal circumstance, these things are variables and not constants. It's simply not that easy and by far and wide not that available. "Man up it's your fault" is the message you're unintentionally sending, you're not helping save for the exposure of the issue. Keep it to that.
