I don't think there's ever going to be this stacked of an UB rotation. I've also grown to appreciate the pirouette combos that have gone away in the last few years.
The current generation of Chinese gymnasts still perform the intricate pirouettes, but they've just become so much less consistent on them for some reason.
@@Gazmeizster_Wongatron They're probably the only ones who still do them, as most athletes have moved onto the "Russian routine" (maloney, pak, van Leeuwen.)
UB really was the key to their success in Beijing. Even if the US didn't count falls on BB/FX, China had such a huge lead on UB they would have likely still come out on top. I know Memmel and Peszek were limited by injuries but I don't honestly think it would have much of a difference.
Memmel had an even lower start value than Jiang from what I recall. Nastia was team USA’s sole bar worker than can score over 16.500, whereas Yang and He can both do that. That was what made the difference, in addition to almost everyone in the team having a DTY or an Amanar
The word “domination “ should have been included in the headline! They were so far ahead of other Nations in their uneven bar technique! The coaches ability to TEACH with the absolute BEST methods and athletes ability to LEARN fully demonstrated how FAR AHEAD they were from the rest of the world! To THIS DAY, no country has been CLOSE to matching the mastery of the BEST technique- you are watching in this video!!!
They also had some absolutely crappy technique and execution too. Yang's kips, the muscled shoots to HB. It's too bad they didn't show the same mastery on some of these simple elements that they showed on the difficult ones.
A equipe chinesa agr ainda é muito forte , mas antes era espetacular ver as chinesas em qualquer aparelho , se essas atletas ainda estivessem competindo , ia ser incrível.
One thing about He Kexin’s Li Ya salto is that she starts twisting before she catches the bar, whereas nowadays, gymnasts only twist after catching the bar
@@Shane_2022 my only concern is that there’s still a question about whether they were actually TOO young. If there was legitimate proof they were, I’d be fine with it… there isn’t.
@@saragrant9749 Obviously they don't owe you an explanation. I saw online videos of those Chinese women. They are working hard and doing well in life. As long as gymnastics didn't leave any negative impact impact on their life then it's fine. I don't agree with cheating but being beaten by younger people is embarrassing IMO.

Team Russia in Tokyo was really stacked too. Four gymnasts finished in the top eight in qualifying.
I agree, I think this is the best rotation on bars ever, and the Amanar Rotation in 2012 with the Fierce Five is the best vault rotation ever.

Melhor equipe chinesa de todos os tempos ❤.

You are a total LIAR and and just demonstrated you have no clue on the technical side on gymnastics!
Now go crawl back in your hole!!

Espectacular lo de He Kexin, así tenga 15 años o 12, o los que tengas, su rutina fue estupenda
I really think that Yang should score higher than Nastia and Kexin on bars. Her angles was just supeeer
she was underscored compared to nastia and he the entire games shame because she had the best execution and an equal start value

Simlpy the Most Outstanding Sporting Event of the New Century ❤ John Barnett, I loved All Of It ❤
Can you upload Olympic 2008 women team final?
Quanto valeria essa série da He Kexin no código atual?
6.6
『中国チーム🇨🇳』の『レオタード』、とても華やかで可愛い😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
👍👍👍
4:56 what is she spraying?
Either sugar water or salt water. Helps the chalk stick to the bar for better grip
Quite the sport when coaches have to be ready to catch the gymnast
I mean if age doesn’t matter then Simone should have been there at 11 too.

Just as long as they were truly all of correct age- which is still a question.

have a look at shang chunsong, from 2011 to 2023. 12 years her appearance didnt change much at all.
At this point, I don't even care about the medals. I just want China to actually admit what everyone knows.
Didnt they have 14 year olds competing?
Prob 12-13 year olds.
No, they were all age elegible
@@grozdovas only on paper.
Yes they did have 14 year Olds competing.
asians just look young
😏😏😏
they all look about 12
I agree. But I also think that many Chinese people often look younger than their actual age.
