I'm enjoying your videos- we're 1.5 yrs away from selling the house and taking off, only because we are waiting for 2 of our kids to get more secure on their feet. We're in Bay Area where its so expensive. We do have a couple of properties we will keep - one in Washington that well use as a landing pad every 3-4 months. We have 4 adult kids 1 or 2 that I'll want to keep closer touch with (special needs). Anyway your videos have been great - hoping to meet up with you one day.

That sounds great Lisa! Yes, the adult kid factor is important and they need to be stable…it sounds like you’re prepping well for that. Having a big family, like ours, is nice because they always have each other too. Hope to cross paths someday!

I'm also thinking on how realistic we will be able to budget. We are $10k a month taste with a $3k or less month income. 😊😅

That is always the dilemma…if you get 3 wishes on a genie, save one for us😂. Seriously you have to travel slowly, stay in cheap areas of the world, eat local food and don’t drink. Obviously we don’t necessarily stick to that (or ever).

Thank you. Our son told us that too. I’ve run it several times and sometimes the audio works and sometimes not. We’ll try to fix it.
