This was nice! I like seeing the daily stuff and what it all looks like.
@@hollyfischer-kd3iy oh good! I know that’s what we wanted to see!
This is great!
Thanks!
Loved this video! Please keep it up!!
I’m so glad! Thank you!
I LOVE this idea!
Yay!
Great idea with the morning stretching.
What a cool apartment building.
Would you say that grocery haul was from typical expat type supermarket? 🤔
Do you go to those open markets?
Thanks for sharing 👍
We find we really need to stretch. And it is a cool apartment😊. It is definitely an upscale grocery store in a ritzy mall, with products geared toward westerners. Our first grocery haul was from a locals oriented store (not open air-haven’t seen more than a “stand” like that here and not too nearby)…good store still, a bit cheaper and an interesting experience. We’ll take you along there with us next time we go!
Good idea to do the stretching on the bed! I hate getting down on the floor.
And we have faux marble hard floors here👍
Great video you two! Rick and I had an aha moment watching your video! We bought a used pull cart for our heavy groceries and then Rick tweaked his back pulling the cart. We have been rethinking the amount of groceries we carry each time and even cutting back on our wine! 😳😂 It never occurred to us to use our backpacks. Genius! Problem solved. Thanks for that! ❤❤
It’s a process to shed the shopping habits of the US where we have cars and adapt to what we can carry a ways walking.
The man could land a 20 year old girl with ease there - my Grandpa went to visit Malaysia and never came back after college girls pursued him aggressively. Gran was devastated.
Trust me the last thing I want, need is a 20something girl. Kathi is my perfect partner understanding all of my corky issues. Sorry for your Gran loss. Thank you for sharing and watching.
With ease? Wrong country. You might be thinking two other countries in SEAsia which are very different from Malaysia.
How do you currently make a living?
A small pension and savings from our house sale, until we can access our IRA and SS. I also have had a few awesome individuals buy us a coffee at BuyMeACoffee.com/TasteLifeWithUs

Oh you mean the conversion? Hmmm. It might’ve been different the day we shopped then in my unit conversion app which I looked at while filming. I get the U.S. $ amount from the charge that pops up in Tim’s credit card app. Currency fluctuates daily.
