I caught Rain Girl at the gym about 3 years ago (2019), someone had selected it as a part of the video shuffle, straight away I looked it up. Yaeji is so great.
Consitently including in her set several tracks by Korean artists, -e.g. Yozoh, Humming Urban Stereo, Yamagata Tweakster, Clazziquai- Yaeji seems to be telling the rest of the world about how much more awareness they, though remaining local yet, deserve to earn than now.
