i just spent four weeks away in the golden triangle. this track was so sustaining. it there was before sleep. it was my theme music while wandering through holy sites and temples. it was backlit as score with lovers, it was beautiful. while there is no purity anymore, this track certainly gives us a moment to yearn for that bliss and ignorance once had.

I've been going through house searching for a certain style for days now. This Mall Grab guy has literally nailed it, can anyone suggest similar artists? I hate to generalise art work, but would I find similar music under "Detroit house"?
+Kyle Parker That's a too broad a genre, really. Here are some similar (imho) artists instead: Route 8, Orson Wells, Raw M.T., Entro Senestre, Baltra, Nthng, and Terekke. Hurfyd's and Moskalus' channels are good places to start your quest.
More artists you could search for: Interstate, Raär, Paikan Bleach, Huerco S., Lake Haze, Coast Dream. Most of them are featured in OOUKFunkyOO channel as well

The reason it's like that (I'm 90% sure) is because of a mainly digital signal path throughout production and the use of youtube MP3 samples. Probably some distortion and bit crushing too..

Hey thx! I used videos I randomly found online and edited them with Premiere Pro. I like to quickly and intuitively combine visuals and effects, there's no need to spend many hours perfecting stuff and, more importantly, it leads to surprising results. Good luck!
