Sorry, it cant be the band of the Grenadier Guards. The DoM is Welsh Guards, there are some red plumes. Therefor it is a section of the Massed Bands of the Household Division. The band of the Grenadier Guards are on tour. Plus the Drum major is Irish Guards.
This is the band of the grenadier guards, the DOM is a grenadier as far as I’m concerned. There are some red plumes, to stand in for other members. The drum major is hardly ever the same regiment as the band.

And they do not become Grenadiers because they are standing in, it's like saying that if a car has two wheels it can be called a motor bike!
