The top box is a generic one off of Temu (20L space inside).
The 40L bag is a generic water proof motorcycle bag off Amazon, there’s loads of them but the brand name just changes as they’re all made in china.

No, I have an after market exhaust and it’s low down. I’ve used a carbon cover to fill the gap where the old exhaust went.
This set up won’t work with the stock exhaust I hate to say unless you put some measures in place to make sure the bags are well sticking out and away from the exhaust
