Great video. Very inspiring. I need to get up to the peak district on my scram. They look like perfect scram roads! If you get chance, have a look at 'my when solo greenlaning goes wrong' video! It'll make you chuckle. You never know what you're gonna get when you commit to going down a lane! Keep the vids coming coming mate. Subscribed.
Great video and thankyou as going to give the Tidswell lane a go as it looks big bike friendly but will give the nook a pass for now! That's my problem is knowing what lanes could tackle and what are too sketchy. Also have the peaks 20-30mins drive so really lucky to have it on the doorstep.
Sorry for the late reply, your comment didn’t pop up in my notifications. The hardest part of tideswell lane is near the start when you go up from the ditch. Take it steady and you’ll be fine. The nook might be easier to go down than go up, so don’t write it fully off yet.
@@Topboy_Jonny He only used it when we were parked up, I don’t know much about drones but he mentioned it would find its way back if out of range. I had intended filming ride too but got very little footage due to rain. Here’s Alan’s clip th-cam.com/video/bsUTqpffzEM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=VE7cvkuEZ5gb80uO

@@Topboy_Jonny going to have a day exploring in next couple weeks and see what I can find out there.
Helmet Head had drone up on Snake when I rode down with him on a wet & windy day late December late December 2022
Did he have it in ‘follow me mode’? I need to get that figured out.

I'm from Sheffield. I'm always out that way.
We’re lucky to have such a place on our doorstep 👌🏻
